“We live in such a mean world today, Something is little as stopping to get gas thats a necessary. May not seem like a big deal... but I travel a lot so obviously i'm at a lot of gas stations. Over the years I have learned to dodge a lot of places for bad management
Followed with rude employees. But I can say 100%. I will go out of my way to make sure I get gas at shelbyville Tennessekroger. The young lady named Dorothy is just truly a blessing.She goes out of her way to make people have a good day. I have never met.
This girl before I started going to that store.So it's not like there's any reason to be as nice as she is to me and everyone else that I see encounter paying for their gas.She just truly has an amazing personality. I asked her if she was the manager out of curiosity because she definitely reflects on her team there! I could say some really mean things about the Tullahoma. Kroger, there are like any typical store ,bad attitudes annoyed at customers
I get that. We all have bad days. So it's very important when you see people going out of their way even with the customers that can sometimes be a jerk, It's important to give credit to them people. I have no clue if the corporate office.
Pay attention to Dorothy and her Shelbyville store. But I hope they recognize. How much this lady goes above and beyond compared to other kroger stores ... I don't care if i'm in Murfreesboro, Nashville especially Tullahoma I make sure I make it to Shelbyville Tennessee, if possible and I'm big on Shelbyville as a hole itself as a town.But the young lady Dorothy is truly amazing and just pleasant to be around.. It's good to know she's in management maybe they should have her training people at other stores .I know I'm rambling on but this young lady deserves appreciateion. I hope her boss appreciates her dedication to that job and understands the value of someone like her I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else besides there.Customer service is a must!!!! And that young lady goes above and beyond!”
“Nice place to shop and eat they have some good BBQ it has specials daily . I stop there every time I'm down that way sometimes they have smoked Chilli and wow it is so delicious. Had chilling mac today and it was pretty good ??”

“This market is close to home. Its a quick trip for gas and snacks. The pizzas here are out of sight. Call and order one. You will love it!! They also carry Full Throttle which is my boyfriends favorite drink. Not every store does. So we stop here quite often.”
“This is where I get fuel for my car in town. I've never had my car run badly off their fuel and I have to use premium fuel only.They also don't seem to jack their fuel prices up as much as the other stations doThe man working here has always been nice and helpful.Only downside is having to turn left out of parking lot as it is in a bad spot due to N/S traffic and crossroad traffic.”

“Always friendly and very helpful. Gas prices are usually good, and lower than others.
They have the old coffee maker and it is always strong. Great selection of items in the store.
They only have 1 bathroom, which is for either men or women. But, it is always clean.
The store is very clean and tidy. I stop in everytime I come thru. One time they didn’t have coffee and the Lady working came out and made a fresh pot for me.
Plenty of room to park and on the South bound lane, heading into Shelbyville, TN.
I just visited and spoke with the fella working and he was very polite. Thank you guys !”

They did not have my go to can and the young lady behind the counter was more than willing to show me everything similar to what I normally get just to help me out. “This place has been around since father time. Used to eat a good hot lunch here back in the late 90's! and worked there making pizzas in the early 2000's. I've heard it's changed owners since then and doesn't have the same flare to it.Still what it is a pretty convenient, convenient store.”

“I had a collision around 8:00 PM with a deer on I 65 north bound just before the exit the Bizz Mart is located on. I managed to get my car off of the interstate and into their parking lot. They were very kind and allowed me to leave my car parked there until my insurance company dispatched a tow, which turned out not to be until the next afternoon. I had to use the men’s restroom a couple of times before my ride home arrived, and it was super clean as well. The gentleman inside the mart was very kind and understanding of my predicament. I will make an extra effort as I travel by here weekly to stop by and buy my gas and to buy some of their tchotchke and a lotto ticket or two from inside their store.”
“It's on one of my usual routes, the gasoline is competitively priced, and the pumps work after hours with a card. No comment about the actual store as I do not know.”

“Me and my gsd stopped in to grab some fuel I bought him 2 hotdogs to snack on and when I checked out the cashier with the name tag Lori asked me if I needed buns and wanted to make sure they were stocked and up to standard. I said "no ma'am these hot dogs are for my dog out in the truck" we had small talk about our pets and she asked if i needed anything else. I said yes but I can't remember so I'll just stop and get whatever it is later.she said does your pup need water? And before I knew it she was handing me a cup of water for my pup. I'm not sure if that's what I was forgetting but I know I needed it.Great job Lori for going above and beyond I hope the right people see this and they recognize you for the outstanding service”
