“Rented a U-Haul here. Took a bit longer than expected due to some computer issues, but the employees were so pleasant and amusing we almost didn't mind. Ended up cancelling my original reservation and creating a new one, which had a slightly higher price. When I called U-Haul to see if I could get that refunded, the employees here helped me get even more back than I had asked for. Awesome people!!”

“My car was broken into and windows smashed. Had to get some cardboard and duct tape to fix like a bandaid. Always have insurance. After calling around, they got me in . It only cost $100 out of pocket. So nice to be able to pay online or over the phone. All I had to do was show up with the car and let them work their magic!”

“I was all but stranded 6 hours from home with a transmission issue in my '96 VW. Brought it to these guys and was told it would have to be replaced to get me home by the weekend. They were able to find a replacement, but it was 1800 incl. Labor with no warranty as the one they found was a junkyard pull. Luckily, Kevin was open and honest with me about the risks and gave me a couple of options and time to think it through. Ended opting to tow it home with a U-haul. Kevin was great. He was understanding, helpful, and waived my diag. Fee due to the state of my dilemma. Thanks yall”
