“I’ve been with this bank since they open in Fairview! I miss the old crew, the actual crew that helped you in times of need. Don’t get me wrong, this new crew will help you out to a certain point! I love Ms Amelia and Jessica as well as Teresa! Those 3 were the only ones I dealt with and they did me favors. Now it’s like pulling teeth! I will continue to stay with this branch as long as Amelia and Jessica stay there. Good thing I don’t go out there much or call them anymore.”

“When we moved to a small town, one of our hopes and dreams was that our kids would be able to experience what a community bank truly is. Today that happened! My 13-year-old was able to open up a checking and savings account. And my 9-year-old was able to start a savings account. Laura Mazeall, the branch manager, explained the difference between each account. Talked about the importance of having good credit. Explained how the money they deposit goes back into the community they live in. And how she is always a phone call away and is willing to help them with anything. Not only that, but they got to participate in a fun basketball promotion, Learn how to make a deposit at the teller station, And received fun, swag items and free popcorn. When we walked out, they had big smiles on their faces and I told them that not every bank is like this, but that when you find one that is you hold onto it! I'm so grateful to have Apex Bank in our community and even more grateful to have a passionate banker like Laura in our lives!”

“I've been banking with F&M for years and love the location but they have just updated to app and now it's no longer compatible with my phone. I was making do with using my mobile web and now I can't do that anymore, my web is now telling me my connection is not secure and won't let me in and this just started today as yesterday I could but now no longer. I really really need a mobile option. This is not acceptable.......update. I'm happy to say my bank called to fix the issue. Turns out my ph is too old so need a software update & the connection was due to my building's wifi.”
