“11 of us on bikes pull into the parking lot at around 12:20 pm. The waitress came out to see what the noise was and invited us in for lunch. She was truly happy to see us.
Some of us bring our own lunch and she invited us in also. The service was spectacular and friendly. We will go back.”
“After days of going back & forth with enterprise being told different things, being told at the last min, driving there 3 times for nothing, & missing a day ½ of my vacation I was upset, & in distress I called Empire & drove there. Within 20 mins I was in a car & on my way to the vacation I was already late on. The staff was professional, nice, & extremely helpful. The car was great also. Empire seems to be a small mom & pop place the cares about the little people unlike the enterprise franchise that dosen't care about you or loosing one person. I even accidentally stole one of the floor mats in a rush of unpackinh the car called them to let them know id bring it back the next day they just laughed, & didn't make a big deal out of it. ? 12/10 will recommend to everyone!”
