“Five stars just aren't enough for this little piece of home in Winchester. Jay's Mart is much more than a gas station. It's my last stop on the way out of town and my first stop on the way home. They've got the gas and cold beverages, ice and bait and biscuits and firewood, cakes and candy at reasonable prices and all that.....but it does my heart and soul a lot of good to see Jay's smiling face and have a quick chat as we go about our day. It is a couple of miles out of my way but the prices are the cheapest, the cook is the friendliest in Franklin county, the food is definitely better.
