“Cheryl was an absolute delight to work with at this storage facility – very sweet, kind and willing to help with anything you need! The facility has plenty of cameras, a cart for you to move your stuff and the climate control temperature was perfect. My belongings had no issues here. Definitely sad to be moving, but I’m glad that I had a five out of five star experience here!”
“I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Clarksville Lock Storage. It all started with me dropping off my one-way Penske truck and car carrier at their location, and the manager (My apologies, I can’t remember her name) was okay with me dropping off my car carrier early. On the day I returned the Penske truck, I met with another manager, Ben, who provided the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you very much, Ben. You are awesome!

“Had to store things while deployed. Would recommend to anyone, I used the AC units and I had no issues with furniture or anything that was stored in there. Would definitely use again if I have to.”
“I havnt moved my stuff in yet, so I cant speak for that. I can say that their communication has been good, they're good about returning calls, and also reaching out to confirm the reservation of a unit. There are promotions if you reserve online, BUT after they automatically charge you the fee for a lock (you can't supply your own), the one time admin fee, and the monthly insurance you're required to have, you're still going to pay over $100 for the first payment on a 5x10 unit. Imo insurance coverage should be up the the renter as to whether or not they want it, it'd be nice to be able to supply your own lock as well. Aside from those fees, I look forward to the hopefully good experience of using this rental unit.”

“I’m not even sure where to start, but if you’re in the Clarksville area and are looking for an amazing storage facility, LOOK NO FURTHER! Maria is the sweetest soul you will ever meet, and is extremely helpful! Their units are spotless, and they’re also one of the few places that offer climate controlled storage! With all my delicate and plush items that need to be climate protected I was grateful to be able to find this location! Completely equipped with security cameras as well as your own security code to get into the building. Mind you I travel from Kentucky for this storage unit so that in itself should tell you how amazing it is! We also left our unit unsecured (carelessly) and she is so attentive that she contacted us immediately when she noticed and made sure our unit was secured correctly. You’re in good hands with people who care about your belongings and making sure they’re stored safely just as much as you do!”
