My wife called since I'm too stubborn to give up, and within 20 minutes they had a flat bed out to load the car up. The ride back to Dallas was easy and the owner is a great guy. “So this past WK I took a trip to Austin and was coming back home to ft worth the next day when I had a blow out. Luckily I was able to exit hwy and this tire shop was there. I literally was shaking and crying cause I was stressed not knowing how I was gonna make it home. These guys (I wish I would've got their names) was willing to help me in the conditions I was in and worked out a deal with me... (Only to remember I had a whole spare tire that just had a nail in my trunk ?♀️?♀️) This shop here was kinda my saving grace that day. I appreciate the way they care and are considerate of others”

“I’ve visited their establishment many times for oil changes and routine maintenance.
I’ve always been pleased with their work.
I schedule an appointment, show up and they get to work. I’m never there long.
Today, I had an appointment for a miner Boo-Boo on a bumper. They brought me home as the job was supposed to take an hour or so.
They later picked me up…and made no issue out of the fact that I hadn’t left my key fob with them.
I was so embarrassed … yes, I’m still getting used to a car with push button starter!

“On my way to a business meeting in Austin, a tire pressure warning forced me to make an unscheduled stop. While I'm usually wary of pulling over in unfamiliar towns, I knew I couldn't risk the rest of my drive. A quick search led me to a local tire shop, and I'm so glad it did.
The service was phenomenal. The woman at the counter was incredibly helpful, and the technician was a true professional. Although he was a man of few words, he took the time to show me how to find the proper tire pressure requirements for my car and adjusted the tires perfectly. This was a courtesy on his part, but a tip was absolutely deserved. It's a stark contrast to so many other places—from coffee shops to fast-food joints—where tipping feels expected even when the service is minimal.
While waiting, I even had the chance to meet some charming fellow customers. We exchanged pleasantries and made a little small talk. The conversation wasn't forced or awkward; it was just a natural, decent human interaction. This unexpected detour turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience.”
“Life savers! We were passing through and had a problem with an RV tire that wouldn’t hold air. We stopped here and they immediately checked out our problem, accurately diagnosed and then put our spare tire on. The price they charged us was much more than fair! Our wheel was bent, so they couldn’t help with that, but we wouldn’t hesitate using them for tires.”

“I haves lived through hurricanes Katrina, and Mathew. I know what it is to be trapped in the aftermath of a disaster with only a car. So my truck build is extensive, it’s an apocalypse build. Micky Thompson tires, Icon Rebound Pro wheels, Icon lift, RBP powered running boards, Klein onboard air compressor, and a Brown Davis, 650 mile long range fuel tank. I am deep six invested in this truck (six digits). This is my family’s lifeline and I care a great deal about it.
Some punk in Waco keyed my truck from the taillight to the headlight. I was quoted over $3,000 worth of damage by a shop in Waco. Due in part to all the disassembly required prior to paint. I asked the professionals at Hill County Collision to perform the repair without the disassembly in order to avoid stressing all the accessories that are interconnected. I was prepared to accept a sub par service in order to maintain function over form. However that isn’t what I received. They made my truck look brand new, with absolutely immaculate attention to detail, AND they did it all while being hamstrung by my request not to disassemble. All of my systems were maintained, and it looks like it never even happened! Hill County Collision is the embodiment of American small town ingenuity coupled with big city skill. Oh yeah, they also knocked the price so low into the dirt that I thought it was a typo! Fantastic team, I highly recommend them.”
