Welcome to Anson Park Apartments. The gated community has 16 one-bedroom, 52 two-bedroom and 76 three-bedroom units. Second floor units have carpeted and ceramic tile floors, built in microwave oven, garbage disposal, washer and dryer connections, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, large walk-in closets, two bathrooms, covered front porch, a spacious patio, and efficient heating and cooling systems. The 3000 square foot Community Center has a kitchen, computer lab with internet access, exercise room, laundry, in-ground swimming pool, tot lot and playground, and a covered picnic area. There is also a bus stop at the community entrance. Select units are also available for the visually, hearing, physically, or mentally impaired. A
