“Hey I just want to tell you that this apartment complex is freaking amazing you'll absolutely love every bit of it the management is awesome and it's just a good place to live I I live here and I just love it here come here and check it out”
“I’ve been living at Bel Air on 25th for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is great, close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it convenient for my daily needs. The complex itself is well-maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to relax after a long day.
One of the things people always ask about when it comes to apartments is the management and maintenance—let me just say, they’ve got it right here. The staff is friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any concerns. A special shout-out to Mike, the maintenance guy—this man is the definition of reliable! Anytime I’ve had an issue, whether it's small or something urgent, Mike has been on it fast. He’s professional, efficient, and truly cares about keeping the place running smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows.
The apartment itself is spacious with great natural light and modern appliances. Parking is never an issue, and I always feel safe, which is important. Another thing I appreciate is that the noise level is very low; even though it’s a larger complex, it still feels private and peaceful.
If you’re looking for a well-kept apartment with a great community and responsive staff, especially with someone like Mike handling the maintenance, I highly recommend Bel Air on 25th. It’s been a great place to call home!”
“I have lived at this residence for 15 years, and I am satisfied and content, with it's overall performance.
I appreciate Bel Air Springs Apartments, putting the rental income, residents pay every month, into the maintenance of both the property and individual units (mowing the grass, making sure there is a stock pile of filters for the apartments, painting the doors and perhaps the buildings, and much, much more).
The one recommendation I do have, is more maintenance in the winter months--specifically salting and sanding the flights of stairs, of the units, instead of leaving a bag of rock salt outside the main office, thus leaving the maintenance of stairs--and safety--up to the residents.
Thank you for providing a quiet, comfortable, and overall safe community, and putting the money we pay, into its restoration and upkeep. I truly appreciate it. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”
“5/5 Stars – A Truly Exceptional Living Experience!
I recently moved into the Windsor Hotel about three weeks ago, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The hardwood floors add a nice touch, and the large bathroom was a standout feature when I first toured the space. Everything feels clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully put together.
What really elevates the experience are the 2nd floor amenities. Whether I’m getting in a workout at the gym, relaxing in the lounge, or enjoying a game at the pool table, there’s always something to do. The convenience of having **Sway Café**, which serves great coffee, sandwiches, and pastries, and **The Pour House**, a craft cocktail bar, right on the first floor is also a huge plus. Having quality food and drinks just downstairs adds a lot to the day-to-day experience.
A special shoutout goes to Zen, whose professionalism and kindness were absolutely instrumental in my decision to move in. She went above and beyond to make my relocation to Abilene smooth and stress-free. Zen is truly the heart of the Windsor, and her dedication sets this place apart.
If you're looking for a new place to call home, make the Windsor your first stop. You won’t be disappointed.”
“I thought moving from New York to Abilene would be a challenge. Luckily I worked with Amanda who was incredibly amazing. She made the process so easy, and I strongly recommend her to anyone and everyone.”
“Spoke with Sorrell on the phone and she was very helpful and answered all my questions about the property. She was so nice! If you are looking to move to Timber Ridge as well, ask to speak to Sorrell! :)”
