“I bought a remanufactured transmission at the 27th location 90 days ago. Inadvertently somehow someway we did not notice the tag from power torque specifically said 30wt sae non synthetic oil for my transmission. 75-90 fully synthetic gear oil got sold to me and that is like pouring in acid to yellow metal. So hopefully before any damage was done I was able to reach out to Tom about the situation. He did help me out and was able to give me 4 quarts of 30 sae non synthetic motor oil for free. That fully synthetic gear oil was not cheap and to watch it drain out was rather disheartening. Had anything happened though and that transmission had to go back to power torque they would have seen the wrong oil used and my warranty would have be null and void. Appreciate ya Tom”
