Room stunk. Think the ac has mold and made me sick. Very shabby and not maintained. Room door had to be lifted to close. 3 varieties of roaches. Roach eggs on kitchen shelves. 5 years past due for demolition. Had 3 rooms for 2 nights for a party of 6. 1/2 went home after the first night. Establishment tried to cancel our rooms the day we were to arrive for our daughter’s wedding. Reservations made 6 weeks in advance. NIGHTMARE. Waste of $1,000

Save your money this was the worse hotel i’ve ever stayed in.
TV didn’t work, no sitting chair, only one night stand. they don’t even have an ice machine in the building.
in total i had 3 rooms booked, within 1 minute of struggling to open the door we turned around and walked out. i had to double up 2 other people in my group to share a room. returned the key to the front desk and asked for a refund.

I booked to stay for a little over a month, I brought my two dogs with me five and four years old and upon checkout, I was charged not only a $300 pet fee as well as $115 for charges pertaining to dirt on my comforter that they claimed was dog poop. My dogs are very well trained and never pooped on a mattress in their life.
On top of the fact, my room was only cleaned by room service one time, even after requesting for two cleanings after the fact. My toilet paper wasn’t ever refilled. I had to go up to the front counter and get my own toilet paper. I had to go up to the front counter and get new sheets and blankets because mine were never changed. They have very poor service as well as very poor management.
They claim to be under new management and if that is true, the new management is worse than the previous management. The room I booked several months out, was given away so whenever I had to change rules by charge was never lowered. I was still charged for the same room as I had booked for, even though I was given a small smaller room. When I spoke with the front desk about this, the manager told me there was nothing she could do. The price was already set. This is by far in the worst experience I’ve ever had with an IHG Hotel I will definitely never stay here and I warn people to only stay here if there is no other option, but do it for a short stay.
When I did book it showed on their website that the dog fee would be $25 and then upon arrival that dog feed changed to $75 per dog for stays over seven days but I was charged $300 and was told that they changed it to 150 per dog per month. And normally any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at whenever you pay a dog fee that covers any accidents caused by the dog. There was nowhere in the agreement I signed for the stay that claimed if my dog had an accident in the hotel room, I would be charged an additional $115.

Felt like i was in an Alford Hitchcock movie of the birds. Had to wash my truck after hecking with the front desk to confirm and they still got it wrong then the up charge was almost double the rate.

manager called the day of my check-in to say they will cancel reservations because they won't allow locals and blaming me for not knowing ahead of time!

Maria at the front desk was wonderful! After a long drive she made check in easy! The rooms were needing to be updated. There were sunken parts in the floor and rust in the bathtub.

Not a great hotel. The rooms are spacious but not the cleanest. No breakfast served here, the price is a little higher than should be for this hotel. The location is good and the staff is friendly but that's as good as it gets. I will not be staying at this location in the future, too many other options within the area.

Made a reservation for 2 nights but upon arriving at the hotel, was informed that the elevator was out of commission. And was informed about this after i had run my credit card and received the room keys. Was also told that no rooms were available on the first floor. Well, my 80 year old spouse and i had too much luggage to cart up and down stairs. So asked the hotel to void the reservation. Unfortunately upon reaching home a few days later, found a charge for one night to my credit card. After one week and numerous phone calls, i have yet to receive any resolution even though i have been assured the manager was aware of this and would return my call.

Worst place EVER!!! This hotel falsely advertises!! The rooms look NOTHING like what they advertise!! We drove up & the first thing we see is a green pool!! Our grandson was looking forward to swimming. We walk in & instantly there is a smell in the lobby. We get checked into room 101 & let me tell you the minute we opened the door we were disgusted. The room stunk, there was a Coke can on the floor by the air conditioner. The curtains were wrinkled & barely hanging on. We went to turn the lights on & there were no light bulbs in ANY of the sockets!!! The dishwasher was hanging out of the wall & the bed looked like a child had made it up. The room was nasty!! They couldn’t or wouldn’t move us. The front desk girls were very nice & truly tried to help us. They called management & let them know how bad the room was. We were able to get a room at La Quinta next door which was wonderfully clean!! Management refuses to refund our 346.00. We had booked a room for our son & his family too & everything seemed to be ok with their room until they went to bathe their babies (2 yrs & 8 mos) there was no water in their shower!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! SUCH A STRESSFUL DAY!!! We were here to have some fun & spent all day moving & standing at the front desk!! While we were there 2 other families were having all kinds of issues with their reservations!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY HOTEL!!

Arrived late waited to we checked in then told us there was no television in room 101. Then when we proceeded to the room because it was late and said we would go ahead and take it. Room door was open With the latch. and they expected us to stay in this room.

Where to start? I rented a room August 1st and 2nd at a rate of 150 or so a night. I chose the pay at the property option and around 4 am my ohone goes off and its the hotel night auditor charging me for the room. Ok whatever no big deal. I get to property and am told i would have to pay a 20$ deposit for towles blankets etc. Never mentioned on website and thats fine but those are never returned to debit cards and i expressed my concern about that but was told its policy. 5 days later I see the room rate come off pending at 150$ to 161$ for each night. And no deposit returned to me. So not only did they keep my deposit they charged me more for the room than i should have been charged. I call the front desk for 5 days straight with no real reasoning why it happemed just couldnt figure it out. Eventually i said to them, i dont care about the money, i would like to stay there again this coming weekend and can you discount the room as a favor to me for the inconvenience? Front desk agreed to give me a room for friday and saturday at a rate of 85$ all in. No deposit no fees 85$ well friday rolls around again and at 2 am. The night auditor starts hitting my card for 97$ more than the agreed amount. So i call when i get up for work and speak to her, i tell her what i was told about the rate and she immediately tells me whoever told you this is incorrect and they werent going to honor it. I tell her i confirmed it with christine the front desk multiple times and the reasoning behind it due to the no return of deposit and thr night audit did not care one bit. She had zero interest in finding out why i never got my deposit back and she was not honoring the 85 dollar room rate. By the end of the converstion she had been so ugly and unhelpful to me that she told me they were going to go ahead and cancel my reservation and still didmt care about the missing deposit, basically it was screw me. I ended up calling corporate 2 times with no help from them, so apparemtly she lied and made it look like i was harassing her so they would side with her. And i call back to speak with management and she is just as rude well it being friday i knew if they cancelled my reservation i would end up paying more for a room due to the short notice. SO I ENDED UP HAVING TO BEG them to keep my reservation, and they agreed to the 97$ not the 85 and by the time it was all said and done with taxes and fees total cost of each night 150$ same price i paid before. I work in customer service and i know for a fact if i spole to customers they way i was spoken to by the night audit girl and her newly appointed manager i would not have a job, and my company would definitely be less a customer. I was told shes rude to everyone and she will have to be caught red handed to get fired. But she deserves it. My buddy heard the entire converstaion and can back me on all of this being true. She was terrrible to me. Also part of that 150 was another 20$ deposit im certain ill never see come back to me. Stay far away from this place. They will lie cheat and steal from you. Also 150 plus a night with a green pool, no breakfast and rude staff. Definitely not worth it. Stay at the holiday inn right next door. Just do not saty here. Youll never get that deposit back. Also my dog is a service dog and i was still charged for him being with me. Even after i told them he was a servcie dog. This place is not ok. Fire the night audit. She is abusing customers.

They called me at 4:00 pm to notify me that they overbooked and would have to cancel my reservation for the next day. Not sure why my reservation was the one picked to be canceled. Won’t make that mistake again

This place has to be one of the most filthy run down hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. First impressions, staff checking you in not welcoming at all, dressed like someone running a gas station. Wrinkled tee-shirt not friendly at all. Now let’s discuss the room. I’m loaded with luggage and ask not to be close to the elevator. I was assigned a room, after I ask the question of room location and I get off of the elevator and the room is the first room off of the elevator. So I have to go back to the front desk and ask for another room. You work here and don’t know or don’t care about a customers preferences. Now let’s talk about the room. Almost $200/night and look at the pictures. The ceiling looks like something out of a horror scene about to fall in. The. Bathroom was dirty with dirt in the tub, trim around bathtub is moldy, light above the sink doesn’t work, rusty none working light fixtures and appliances. The website pictures show this welcoming room with a coffee pot waiting on you to make a hot cup of coffee and a welcome bag of popcorn, yeah good luck with that, nothing. Really regret this decision for this hotel but travel for work dictates where we stay sometimes. If you want a dirty, overpriced, low end hotel for too price, this is the place for you. Try it for yourself, if you dare.
