Idk who it was I talked to but they did seem rude just now....normally id shrug this off and go about my way, but if I've been banking with y'all since I was in the military from 2015 id appreciate some kind of general phone etiquette showing some appreciation. I’ve been using the drive through/commercial lane at this location for the last few years. The tellers are so friendly and have great communication!

The drive-thru is pretty outdated, but if you go inside, the staff is very friendly . I have never had any issues either.
