“Lance is a great salesperson. Willing to assist me with anything I am considering but not pushy. I like the philosophy of Lithia to not have their salespeople push the sale, but they come across as helpful and resourceful.”

“This review is way overdue, this is the only shop I trust in abilene. They have worked on my 87 Dodge for the last 5 years slowly helping me bring my vision to life. John has worked with me while replacing or servicing the engine, transmission, and pretty much every mechanical part that you could think of. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing quality repair, restore, or performance work done.”

“I have been using Mier's for oil changes ever since I moved to Abilene. Recently, I asked them to also check my brakes. They are very thorough and honest. They updated me and explained things so that I could make the best decision. They are always kind, communicate well, and I have never felt pressured for any service. I absolutely love having a local mechanic I can trust.”

“I went and got my oil changed yesterday. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Then I proceeded to go get gas at Casey’s gas station and my car started acting weird so I called Ridgemont super lube and spoke to Roy who happened to be the owner. He was very polite, friendly and very concerned. He came out and checked my vehicle to make sure that everything was working properly. He went above and beyond I highly recommend if you need an oil change to come here and get your oil changed because they truly care about their customers.. Turns out that it was bad gas that is causing the issue. 🫤 Roy gave me a name for mechanic that I will be calling on Monday. So Thank you Roy for going above and beyond for your customers!! 10/10 recommend.”

“We have been in and out of multiple shops in attempt to get my daughters VW Tiguan aligned. With the help of a Discount Tire employee he thankfully referred us to this shop. I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal. Thank yall for your service and getting my daughter back on the road!”

“This is an excellent selfless company. I help run a nursing home and during this snow storm they were able to deliver us fuel quickly for our generator. They even supplied us with metal drums. This delivery helped us keep power to our resident's and extend a hand to help our employee's and their families, with no source of heat, have a warm place to stay. Eddie and his crew are kind and risked their safety to help. Thank you Eddie and the employees of United Oil and Grease for you're generosity.”

“If you’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Tony, I’m sure you’re just as satisfied as I am. He was polite, curtious and did what I asked in a timely manner after I’ve had NUMEROUS Walmarts turn me away due to “after market wheels” they just didn’t want to take the time to do what needed to be done.”
