I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal. National Engine & Transmission went above and beyond to get my vehicle diagnosed/fixed and back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time considering everything they had to go through to repair the damage. They were able to do all this despite having a heavy workload. I will be using them in the future and would highly recommend to anyone having transmission/car problems.”

Came back for follow up 2 weeks later, only a 15 minute wait. Service included a 2 year warranty, amazing! All staff I had contact with was super friendly. Hopefully I don’t ever need a new transmission again, but if I do I will DEFINITELY come back here!!!!”
