“We have been in and out of multiple shops in attempt to get my daughters VW Tiguan aligned. With the help of a Discount Tire employee he thankfully referred us to this shop. I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal.
