“I came up short on cash and had a couple things I wasn’t using at the time. Wild Bill’s quote was a little shy of what I was looking for. Went to EZPawn on 14th and Sayles. Never been in there before. Met Juan and he was very helpful and gave me what I was looking for and even gave me a good price for a booster pack. Glad I met you Juan. No hassle and I am happy with the service.”

“One staff I reached over the phone was not listening to their training, I apologize for extending an assumption that this behavior applied to all staff. I was reached out to by the manager and assistant manager and they were both very kind and informative.”

“Awesome place with really nice people! Colton (the manager) and Philip really went above and beyond to help me out in a situation when I really needed it the most. They worked really hard to give me the best rates possible on a couple things and gave me grace on another of which I am very grateful for. Everyone I saw was friendly, helpful and informed including a lady named Bre who was helping out a gentleman with a firearm. There was another employee with glasses and longer, dark hair who also assisted Philip with my stuff (I regretfully did not get his name) and he was very kind and friendly to an older woman that popped in. Highly recommend coming here (#4), they are the best in town!”
