“Best Buy is a great store overall, and I’ve had good experiences with their customer service. The employees are usually friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions or help you find what you need. They also have some really good deals, especially when items are on sale, and I like that they carry a wide variety of electronics, computers, TVs, gaming products, and accessories. My only real complaint is that they are often out of stock of basic PC parts. You would think a store like Best Buy would have a large selection of common computer components available, but sometimes it can be difficult to find what you need in the store. It would be nice to see a larger selection and more inventory for PC builders. Other than that, Best Buy is a great place to shop. The customer service is good, the deals can be excellent, and they have a lot of products to choose from. I just wish they would keep more basic PC parts in stock.”

“Did the promo and went n pikd up today due to not being able to be delivered til Monday the 17th. Needed it before then so talked to the store manager Scott, pikd up today and it was without issues. Got home and found Washer did not come with New Water Hoses to connect water to washer. So far seems to be working ok. True test comes with washing a few loads to see how clean they get. Thank u to the team for an effortless pikup and thank u to the young men who loaded it on my power chair carrier on our vehicle.”

“I absolutely hate going into any metro pcs store because they never like to answer any of your questions they just always trying to push products when all I want is a question answered. So I moved to Abilene, and I need it some problems resolved on my account and I had to just brace myself because I already knew that someone was gonna piss me off when I go in the store. I walk in and the first time in my whole time being with MetroPCS I have never seen a white employee. His name was Trevor and that was the first thing I told him. Trevor is cool and when he started to help me was the first time ever an employee helped me without the over obsession of trying to sell me anything: so guess what I did, I ended up asking Trevor about products and he answered them without being pushy and I ended up getting another phone, a tablet and another internet box. Trevor is cool and hard working and know how to get you what you need without all the extra bs. Thanks Trevor”

The who was training did very well being distracted and staying on task..distraction is a tool for me in my shop as tool to help new employees keep cool during peak hours...she did excellent.
