Update: After speaking with the GM and reviewing my account an additional $60 in fees were incorrectly added. I appreciate him reviewing my account and finding his employees errors. People are new here. I understand that. But maybe more employee foresight for the new employees to avoid errors. Updated to 3 stars for communicating and fixing errors. Double check your payments.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This has been a headache from Day 1. The cash price of my rims are $1684.37 including taxes. I have paid $1080 yet they are saying I still owe $692 on my account. They say that fees, taxes, taxes on fees and everything is being paid as well. The contract is full of lies and missing information. Apparently I have only paid $837 to my wheels. The taxes are listed on the purchase order of $128.37. I have only had my rims 3 months and trying to pay them off as soon as I can. This company is full of liars and thieves! None of this is in my contract. If you buy tires or rims here your reach 120 day cash price isn’t $2000 like they highlight but $3000. I will not recommended this place to anyone and will be filing a BBB complaint.

Customer service here is not great at all!! Most of them are all rude! If you try and work out something on a payment arrangement they will threaten that they can’t guarantee the tires won’t get picked up! We have done 2 different contracts with them! First time was 4 tires and the second time was just 1 tire! Consider these tires were for the same vehicle within 6 months to a year apart! Make sure your tires are good ones when you buy from them!
We had trouble with our tire the second time around, we took it in and they said it was the valve cap was loose causing the tire to go flat. My husband believed them. A couple weeks later my husband has a blow out on the tire. Mind you we had just paid it off within the 6 months time frame the previous week before. My husband goes up there to check on if it could get fixed and the warranty! They told him because it was just one tire they don’t do the extended warranty, of course this was never mentioned to us when we paid it off!! So, we would have to buy a whole new tire!! RNR takes advantage of everyone! They will even message you ugly, threaten messages after hours!(They did this to my sister in law!!) Avoid it at all cost if you can!! They have no sympathy at all! They just want to take advantage and take your money!!

District manager/store manager is a jerk. Very rude. Has been very cold to customers. To busy to acknowledge customers in show room.

Tires are great! But the service and how rude they are is not worth it. I have purchased 2 sets through them. This will be the last of my business or recommendations from me.

I had caught a flat while on my way to work. I sat here for almost an hour. They’ve sold me the wrong tire and were trying to upsell me for more tires. I had to spend $200 on one tire. Bad service especially for their prices.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!
Brand new tires they sold me were out of round. My truck drove like absolute trash they offered to replace them. But they had to order them and I would have to wait. They put my old tires on in the meantime and in doing so didn’t install my center cap properly and it flew off on an 80k truck. Manager said he would order a replacement that was months and months ago and still have yet to have it replaced. I cancelled my contract and walked away. Would never take my vehicle there again out recommend them to anyone.

Horrible tire shop, no options for tires you get what you get and I know I choose to do business with them but let me tell you they harass you from the time you buy your tires your always behind on payments even when your not, the online pay is never correct, then when I was almost done with 6 months no interest 2 months prior they stop calling because if I miss a payment on 6 months my tires went from 1800 to 3400...this place sucks

After a few decent conversations with the branch manager David Oteri, I am finally going to leave my honest opinion. David is a nice guy but the branch here well… If you want a fast talking salesman to make your decision and sell you some crap tires, install them, horribly balance them, and then tell you how they will screw you after the install then this IS the place for you. I did and have regretted it ever since. Tires were mounted at one price then explained after the install that it would be a lot more than that. After getting quite vocal with salesperson the manger got involved and took me aside. Realized the salesperson was not upfront from the get go. Got an apology yes but tires looked good. She even had the nerve to tell me she knows of their less-than -truthful practices. Damn, right? Figured I would just pay off with next check as I did. Upon leaving the lot I realized the 2nd mistake made by buying their pushed brand, Venom Power (Look at the review online, they are no good). Truck is fairly new and under warranty and Lawerence Hall couldn’t even load balance these tire out after 5 attempts and rotating tires on rims to no avail. Long story short, after a few thousand miles of Chevy-vibro action I changed tires. Figured I would just go see AJ at Tom’s like I should have. Truck drives great again and I sold the POS tires online. Even if you are economical.. don’t go here. There are payment plans that are far better everywhere else if you look. Beware of this place everyone.

Went in and the first guy to help was nice. Can’t remember his name. He had to go back a few times to find what I needed. Then the transaction changed to Corwin who was great. Everything was smooth sailing after that. It was just an extremely long wait due to staffing issues.

Great and friendly service when you get the tires. They will work with you. Just be on time with your payments cause they will let you know if you are. Recommend if you need tires and can’t afford $1200 at one time.
