RNR Tire Express in Alexandria offers the best tires for cars, trucks, and SUVs at the best prices in town. All tire sales include free nitrogen, free roadside assistance, and free lifetime rotation and balancing. They carry all major brands and offer financing with low down payments. Experiences with customer service vary. Some reviews report fantastic, awesome, friendly, and helpful service, with staff noted for being great and working with customers. However, other reviews mention a manager described as a jerk who is very rude and cold to customers. Wait times can be extremely long due to staffing issues, but the service is generally smooth once assistance begins. They provide reminders about payments and address issues like tire sensors quickly.
