SoDA District Courtyard is a very nice venue in a very safe neighborhood. It is a very well kept, quaint, and historic building with a shabby modern look and an old 'ruins' feel. The space includes a wonderful ballroom, an outdoor garden area, and old building ruins with a fountain. It offers super cute decor and atmosphere, with tables, chairs, and a kitchen on hand. This is a very neat space to hold events.
