My mother needed assistance with a broken Sim card issue. This store refused to assist her since I am not in Texas. I am on the account and authorized access and the "manager" Jeanette was completely inept and incompetent in her job duties. Please take your business elsewhere if you have loved ones that will need help. Jeanette or however you spell your name. I hope you always have the day you deserve.

We visited looking for a better deal than we had currently. The young man greeted us immediately and assessed our needs. Then printed a quote for us. He was multi-tasking and handled it extremely well. He was professional, courteous and knew his product very well. How refreshing to see a young man so well rounded. I highly recommend visiting this store for your communication needs.

I’m a customer at the store on 351 in Abilene and Steven has been up front and has been a pleasure to work with he has only worked and help only with his own scope on the knowledge that he has gain in time that for the last couple of years I have been and he know how give good experience…… people that can’t see the he is work on keeping customers that that have waiting patiently for wait while I have respect that customer but the ones that feel entitled needs to grow up for real…. And on top of all that I have fun when coming to your store on 351 in Abilene and Steven all makes it a good experience.

The female employee working the front desk was the final nail in the coffin for my business with Verizon. I came in with a problem, and the employee was rude, unhelpful, and unhygienic. She was leaning across the counter, drawing on her phone with a sharpie. My family and I had to take steps back so we couldn't smell her breath. When asking to speak to another Verizon representative, she huffed and made a big deal about it - the others weren't much better. A one minute drive to T-Mobile is what we did, and my problem was resolved in seconds with respectful and helpful agents.

VERY helpful and kind. I don't know the girls name but she was really sweet and knowledgeable and provided wonderful, above and beyond customer service!
