“came to shop and get food! got a combo went to the fountain drinks and they were ALLL out. just ice in one of them and when we went to tell them they said grab a can drink. later we told someone because we felt bad for everyone else that didn’t know because the cashier wasn’t telling anyone. later we over heard someone say “they want us to take down the signs (only 2) on the fountain drink machine” literally didn’t care that people were so confused on why it wasn’t working. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STEP IT UP especially if we are paying 40+ $$ for memberships!!!”
“So tired of the people getting angry when they are pulling in or out at the gas station when they are facing the wrong direction. Excuse me sir, don’t honk at me because you are trying to back-in facing the wrong direction and I couldn’t tell. You were the one blocking the whole parking lot with your big truck so people were stopped and having to wait for you to move.”
“I ran out of fuel in the Sam's parking lot, far from the fuel pumps. I went inside and figured if anyone would know how to help me, it would be the tire guys. The guy at the tire desk was super nice and called someone to help. A guy named Jared (pretty sure he was management based on how nicely he was dressed) came to my aid. He grabbed a Jerry can and siphon and came out to my car and put enough fuel in it to get me to the fuel pump. He was super helpful! He had to tell me that it was him personally helping me, not Sam's, for liability purposes, I'm sure. But I can't rave enough on how awesome he was! He was so helpful, especially in 104° temperatures. The man deserves some kind of accolades and recognition! He wouldn't let me pay him, so I hope Sam's will take notice of this incredible employee!”

“Highly recommended my daughter and I have visited Big Country gold and silver several times the gentleman who has helped us each time has been extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I find them to be honest and trustworthy I was extremely impressed with the fact that we had left a small nugget on our first visit we hadn’t even realized it was gold. They had no way of contacting us but he held onto it hoping we would return. When we did he remembered us and returned the nugget to us, we we so surprised and impressed with his honesty and integrity. So when I say Highly Recommended that’s an understatement.”
