“My soon to be mother and law and I decided to go wedding dress shopping just to look around, and see what they had to offer! When we walked in, the owner (I believe) was so friendly, and asked me what I was looking for, what I like and don’t like. Immediately she pulled off about 6 dresses for me to try which was amazing, because I’m a very indecisive bride to be! She was so very helpful with getting the dresses on and off and clipped to fit better to your body. She also allowed my mother and law to bring in a few more dresses as well! I found my wedding dress at the store with her help and time! I would like to add that I also did NOT have an appointment, and she treated both my soon to be mother-in-law and I, no different than if we had one. I was so grateful she took the time with us even when there was other customers in store. So impressed, and pleased with my visit. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for making our visit so great and worth it ☺️!”

“I had a return for an online purchase I made that was too big. The guy working the register was probably one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever dealt with in a retail setting. He was extremely helpful and ordered the size I needed for me so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping again.. He was sympathetic to some issues that were brought up also. I was going to talk to the manager about how great he was but it turned out that he was the manager. His name was Nick at store 449. His number is 251404. I walked in looking for something very specific and not exactly easy to find, and he found me exactly what I was looking for in the perfect size for me. “I like this place for people under 30. (My opinion). I was in line on black Friday buying a shirt for my son's girlfriend. At the counter behind the checkout stand is an area where they keep the perfumes. I tested 1 and actually fell in love with it, I could smell it for the rest of the night. It was 12.00 then but I went back and bought for 15.00. It's my go to for everyday use like the gym or errands. I always spray something everyday wether it's body spray to perfume. I give this perfume 5 stars. Love the smell!”

“I absolutely love Torrid! It's one of my favorite stores to shop in when I'm in the mall. All of the staff here are so sweet and they always ask me if I need any help as soon as I enter. I think I must be coming here a little too frequently because now they greet me by name lol but I love it! There are a variety of clothing items, shoes, and accessories available for all sizes. Also, they normally have pretty good sales on a consistent basis. So if you're looking for a date night outfit or some comfy clothes to lounge in, I would definitely recommend coming to Torrid.”
