Went with my sister for a try-on appointment and the lady was very patient and showed us all the options and variations of what she had in store as well as gave us sampling options and ordering instructions. Made a large thing seem like a simple and effortless task. We all had fun, and my sister felt relieved and more confident in her options.”

“I went to the mall looking for a pair of jeans for plus size. I work in a deli shop so im constantly having sauces, drinks, and chemicals spilled on me. I first went to jcpenny and couldn't find a worker for the life of me. Come to find out only 2 workers in the whole store and neither of them were working with clothing.I went to dillards because they had a clearance. I found a pair i didn't really care for but it was good for the price (54$). I had remembered a friend from school told me about jeans here. I went inside and found 2 ladies chatting. I asked if they had plus size immediately A ladie named Samantha came and helped me. Gave me a bunch of pairs to try out. I only know bootcut jeans so She was so patient and explained every kind of jean type. I will be back here. The price of the jeans were 34. 100% shout out to samantha. Sweet women and so helpful ?”

“I shopped in the jewelry dept in Abilene, TX on 6/14/23. I was searching for a necklace for my mom so she can place the pendant that holds my sister’s ashes on a sturdy, pretty necklace. We were helped by Joe Welsh. He was super helpful and friendly in allowing mom to try on the jewelry and informing us of the deals JC Penney had, helped me get a new JCP Credit card because my old one had turned off due to inactivity. I was so pleased and excited about the purchase and customer service that i had forgotten my temporary credit card at the counter! I took my mom to her dr appt then we went back to shop! :) I didn’t even realize that I didn’t have my temporary CC. Joe saw me at checkout, approached me and asked my name before handing over the temporary Credit card. I appreciate that he was cautious in this & honest! My entire interaction with Joe Welsh was pleasant and appreciated! I was wanting to leave a review but realized my access code for survey was only valid for 10 days :( . I have been so busy working 12 hr shifts as an RN in the ER and finally have a day off now to catch up on things.God Bless JCP for hiring good, helpful, honest employees & God Bless Joe Welsh!”
“This Kohls is very nice and big, but at first I would only go here to process Amazon Prime returns because they are super fast at getting you in and out no matter how long the line is in the store. Around holidays, they have a separate Amazon prime returns line which makes it so much easier and faster to process prime returns. They have a nice selection of merchandise at this particular store in this small town. I’m impressed at variety of merchandise they offer here. There’s a Sephora makeup section as well which makes this place all the more appealing. I really appreciate how they always give you a discount coupon attached to your Amazon prime return receipt. I recently started shopping in the store due to all of the great holiday sales on most of the merchandise whether it’s coupon eligible or not. They were offering a 40% discount on coupon eligible items for new credit card account holders. So newly opened credit card holders can save a lot on their purchase during this deal. Especially, during the holidays. The had all sorts of great deals to include discounts up to 70% and 50% off. Kohls also offers a military Mondays discount for military and veterans which is also awesome to know that they appreciate the military community and those who have sacrificed and served for our country. During the holidays, they have a great sales and a lot of really nice merchandise in stock. So much so that it’s hard to resist purchasing even if you didn’t intend to buy anything there. There’s so many nice things that I didn’t realize Kohls has until I actually looked around at there inventory and so many things caught my interest and attention. I started off with an Amazon Prime return and ended up shopping at Kohls. There are some Awesome customer service reps too. The cashier who rung me out was super patient, helpful, and exceeded my customer service expectations. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and positive attitude. The other customer service rep impressed me and exceeded my expectations too, by ensuring that I received the discount code/coupons which applied to my purchase. He showed initiative in providing customer service/assistance to me.
