The staff is great, nice, polite, gracious, and helpful, providing outstanding service and fast maintenance. The atmosphere is comfortable and safe, with the property being well-lit and monitored by security cameras. It is considered a great room at a great price, an underrated gem that holds its own against larger franchises.

I always feel @ home here. The Staff is great , nice & polite. Location good & close to restaurants. Has an elevator. Quiet.

The older lady at the front desk was rude and incoherent. But the younger lady who works the front desk is nice and very understanding.
