“Shoutout to Arthur. Excellent service upon checking in. I average around 70+ hotel stays with the Marriott brand each year. Check in process was professional and welcoming. Appreciate the top tier service, especially when we had booked our room on short notice.

We had a little impromptu stay to stay near the Addison improv for the evening. The room is amazing. Dual floor, overlooking downtown Dallas. The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel will definitely be our go to hotel for any late night Addison activities in the future!”

“Rooms are very clean and updated. Property is quite and I felt safe there. I think it's the best value out there and their front desk people are very welcoming. I stayed in many motel 6's across the country and at least 10 different ones in the DFW area. I would have to say this location in Addison Texas has been the best ever.
Keep up the good work.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a really great short stay at the Red Roof Inn in Addison, TX. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Dee at the front desk — she checked me in and made me feel really welcome from the start. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay in the area.”

“I was greeted by the wonderful Kierra at the front desk on arrival. Very helpful, checked on me throughout my stay just to see how everything was going and if I needed anything. Both night and daytime staff very friendly. Hotel was clean. The rooms do need electronic upgrades on the lamps & there’s not free breakfast, overall I’d recommend the area. Plenty of options to dine!! Please give a special thanks to Kierra!!”

“Linda prepares breakfast when ordered so you’ll have a hot meal. Everything was amazing and she’s extremely customer-centric. We were treated as if we were her only customers and that wasn’t the case. She cooked and handled the tables alone capably and did it all with a smile. Thank you, Ms. Linda!”

“Thank you for the wonderful stay at Quality Inn during my business trip. It was an awesome experience staying at this property. The management, front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping teams were all excellent and provided outstanding customer service. Whenever a guest needed help, everyone was quick to assist and very supportive. It was an excellent experience from check-in to check-out.”

“Great customer service is a make or break for me. This is my second time booking here and the difference is like day and night. They charge for parking $12 nightly also you have a $100 deposit. The check in was process quick and bland. I was not for certain how to get to the room and the clerk was not much help. No continental breakfast or pool hours, just this is my room. I tried to get a ground floor unit because all the handicap accessible was full and the clerk did not check and told me we were on the second floor they'd no elevators. I was blown away. Both my adult son and I are mobility challenged also i had two of my grand with me. I was glad the hand rails was in very close proximity for me to get up and down the stairs safely. The room was nice 2 bedrooms, full stove, and refrigerator worth cookware and dishware. I love the room, customer service needs improvement”

“The office staff has been very helpful, lots of amenities. Pool, elevator laundry rooms, security cams throughout, with restaurants, & stores within walking distance if you chose or don't drive. But .. parking is limited even with a parking pass I have only found disabled ppl parking twice, there is no one to call in case of an emergency, like busted pipe or people yelling outside your window at midnight on a Sunday. You have to pay per device per week for wifi unless you have a hotspot and buy their laundry card. While it is the most affordable anywhere at $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry, the first time I picked a faulty dryer and on a Sunday a family basically moved into the laundry room, took up every washer and dryer for more than 4 hrs. At one point they blocked the door from anyone even entering. All things that are not tragic but inconvenient. I'm very happy here and plan to spend many years here.”
