“The hotel is not very close to the center due to its location. There is a Walmart supercenter opposite the hotel and additionally there are restaurants of all international cuisines very close. The comfort of the hotel and the room is very nice and spacious. When it comes to service, you cannot get the quality of service you want when you do not tip only in the restaurant part. In other countries other than American culture, you can get very high quality restaurant services without tipping, but I did not see this at the breakfast I had here. ThanksRooms: The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious.Food & drinks: I only received service at the hotel for breakfast. I think it is a big deficiency that there is no open buffet at the hotel even though it is a Sunday.”

“And this hotel to anyone even if you're out of state is very quiet not loud or anything it's very peaceful the supervisors and everybody here is very awesome please call wherever you're at Maria Vargas gives this place a 10 ”

“Rooms are nice and big. Great drapes that blocks out all radiation. The place is nice and quiet to get a good night sleep. Simple check in and centrally located.”

“This is a great location has wonderful staff, definitely will recommended family and friends. Want to point out two employees that went above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills their names are Paul and khushboo they have made my stay here with my family a lot smoother. Also want to point out the cleaning staff does an exceptional job as well making sure the rooms are cleaned and sanitary. Keep up the good work and definitely will be coming back to this location in the future.”

“Ignore any other review you read and read mines.. 1st I was able to check in early without a fee. I got a first floor as requested it was a smooth process.I was skeptical but tbh I needed somewhere to go asap!! And I wasn’t about to put 100 deposit down for a hotel.I was able to see the room before I purchased and it smelled clean and was clean but I switched rooms to the back which was a minor mistake.THERE ARE ROACHES BUT BABY ONES and tbh I only seen 5 and I smashed it and continued my stay.. room was ok it needed to be cleaned just a more like dusted down!!It was ok until the upstairs neighbor got home and there child stomped through the night.. so annoying!! But besides that I have no complaintsIf you need a place asap and don’t wanna spend all the extra money and are ok with smashing a baby roach then stay here it’s not as bad as the reviews say I promise. My stay was quiet and I felt no safety issue. If my room was a little more clean and I didn’t see those 5 baby roaches I’d give it 5 stars.. people on here are going overboard with the reviews.. this is a great spot to find anything to eat and to see Dallas life. Please don’t let the reviews determine your decision.*update after a 2 day stay.. it’s to many roaches they are crawling on the beds im glad I didn’t move anything in the room. I don’t know what company they use but they need Orkin!!! I’m leaving and won’t be back until they fix the roach issue. You can’t even eat without roaches flocking the moment the smell arises!!!”

“When I first moved to Texas just like moving from any other state and you have no family there you have to find somewhere to stay and I did I actually enjoyed standing at this particular location I had no issues I had no bugs I really enjoyed it me and my kids have stayed several times throughout me moving from Oklahoma to Texas from Texas to Oklahoma Oklahoma to Texas LOL back and forth over the years they have went up quite a bit but of course that's everywhere this staff doesn't bother you if you're not bothering them which is a good thing to me they do require that someone comes in to spray so that's a good thing also they were friendly anytime that I went into the office to pay rent or pay for my stay however you want to look at it was no loud music parking lot pretty quiet kids running in and out no different than an apartment complex my car was never messed with no kids were ever playing around my car might be because where I parked at I had no issues I actually had a very great experience every time I have stayed probably four or five times for the last 12 years off and on but I am now permanently a resident of Texas so I have not been there in over 2 years I am here to stay so I won't be going back however I think someone would definitely enjoy their stay there if they're moving from out of state and don't want to stay with family or don't have family to stay with sometimes you got to do what you got to do to survive and that's exactly what I did and I think them for allowing me to stay”

“Service is great.Rooms are clean with fresh toiletries towels soap fragrant shampoo, etc. Water is hot. Restrooms are spotless.Elevators to 2nd level.Location is fantastic, in the heart of Addison, nightlife restaurants shopping within 5 mins. Very pleasant stay.5 stars plus, underrated gem.”

“Rooms are definitely not like other Homewood Suites we have stayed in. The property is in desperate need of updates and maintenance. The breakfast bar was just yuck! We don’t expect a 5 star meal but less than 1 star isn’t acceptable. Really don’t think this is a staff issue but rather an owner who does bare minimum to keep property up and going.Rooms: 2 bedroom suite is just 2 connecting rooms. Kind of weird to have access doors on either side of one of the rooms.”
