Service is great.Rooms are clean with fresh toiletries towels soap fragrant shampoo, etc. Water is hot. Restrooms are spotless.Elevators to 2nd level.Location is fantastic, in the heart of Addison, nightlife restaurants shopping within 5 mins. Very pleasant stay.5 stars plus, underrated gem.

It was a great room at a great price and the location has been completely remodeled and is very appealing and has that comfy feel to it. The newly remodeled interior accents the upgraded rooms and the work on the kitchen and dining is underway and will complete the transformation of A B. V. I. from the little hotel that tried into the small but pronounced hotel that holds it's own against the franchise giants while managing to keep the atmosphere at a comfortable " YA'LL COME BACK NOW...!!!!" setting!!
Rooms: Very clean and nicely furnished.... turn down service is outstanding....
Nearby activities: There are any one of a dozen things to do within walking distance and your choice won't be easy!!!
Safety: Well lit... Security cameras are well placed and are monitored.... and the staff is always aware of everything going on and will alert guests of any concerns.
Walkability: Everything is walking friendly!!!

I always feel @ home here. The Staff is great , nice & polite. Location good & close to restaurants. Has an elevator. Quiet.

These have to be one of the worst hotel chains in the industry. I came across this place on the internet while planning a trip to Florida. Online, the rooms looked great, but upon arrival, the clerk was rude. The room was filthy with burns in the carpet. The bedding was dirty as if it hadn't been changed, and the smell took my breath away. Getting a refund took a long time after a very long argument with the manager. Sad to say, but Indian owned properties seem to be managed as if in a third world country. We ended up at the Seabourn right off the beach, American owned, great service, management, and guests.Be patient when looking for hotels call before making reservations, and if it's foreign managed or owned, simply hang up.

The staff were very gracious and helpful. Their understanding and willingness to help went far beyond what would be considered the standard for a business of the type. Don’t be cheap like me. somy place needed some repairs and since i’m remote i decided to get a room to wait it out… worst idea. .it’s a lot so grab your popcorn.1. indian lady at the window rude. walked into check and heard her being snarky with another patron. I asked her for a 1st floor room and offered extra $$. she said no they’re all full ( mind you the parking lot was about 10% full at 3pm… but okay.2. room was disgusting. door didn’t lock 100% - nails on the floor in the bathroom. gnats, dirty moldy and some sort of juice in the fridge which was broken and had a smell. big bubbles on the ceiling. missing light from the lamp . half the outlets didn’t work - I had a few drinks which I had to put in trash cans. I cleaned them out with some cleaner I luckily had in my car and lined with bags while î waited for the manager to come in so î could complain. … just ghetto.3. once i reported the room I went to ask for a change… they said they are full. right after i went back to the room and called the front desk and pretended to be someone looking for a room for the night … asked if they had rooms available - they said yes and even tried to get me to book on the phone. it’s very clear they just didn’t want to change my room.4. carpets in the hallway were nasty and smelled like piss. back door was propped open so anybody can just walk in.I left and went to another hotel.. luckily my credit card company refunded me after I showed them all of the pictures and videos. hotel didn’t want to refund me but i told them i’ll get my money back one way or another.. and i did - i also put a complaint in to the health department. ain’t no way a hotel should be this damn nasty. I can’t believe it to this day.5. as i was leaving to go to different hotel, i’m almost positive i saw a trucker getting head in the parking lot. yeah i’m not against people getting their groove on.. but that just tells you how ghetto this hotel is. i wouldn’t be surprised if it was a hub for the night walkers. anyway. be blessed if you decide to stay ??♀️Rooms: horrendous. one of the rooms had the number painted onNearby activities: it’s right in heart of addison. around a lot of stuff and walk friendly.

The older lady at the front desk was rude and incoherent. But the younger lady who works the front desk is nice and very understanding.

Rooms: They are not thoroughly cleaned. Found food and used condoms around the bed.And smelled like a dead goat when we entered the room. I will never stay there again. Horrible hotel!

EXTREMELY rude. Told me check in was @3pm, then told me my room would be ready at 4 because they didn’t see my reservation till that moment (that was set over 6 hours ago). After some time, proceeded to say “oh you have a discount. We won’t have any rooms for you, you don’t have a reservation” BUT YOU JUST DESCRIBED MY RESERVATION AND CONFIRMED MY DETAILS. Rude, lied multiple times. Made racist remarks about myself and children thinking we couldn’t speak or understand her language. Disgusting.

Edit at the bottom: They want to charge more for a week than it would cost for a week being payed day to day...some these hotels needs to freakin learn how economics works..yall and other paces doin that are doin thay are going lose business and end up goin bankrupt and have to sell. I called again a year or two later and ask if they ahev weekly rates. But when I ask the guys gets all intrusive and wants to say what's your budget or goes..how much money you got...that's suspicious and none ones business but mine. I asked question...and they do not need to be askin folks how much money they have like it's a shake down. You either give a standard pricing and if the perosn feels willin to openly express how much they are able to spend over the phone and then a place might be able to meet in the middle then fine. But ya don't answer a question like that by askin how much money does one have...that made ne feel like it was a shakedown and suspicious...that's s bad business approach.

Rooms: Old but clean. TV and
Microwave ok but not great. Service., maintenance gets here fast.
