“I just left this place and I was amazed by their service! They were able to get me in same-day (on a Saturday) and got my window fixed in less than an hour. They provided the cheapest rate all around and made my window look brand new. They even vacuumed all of the glass out of my car! “Amazing collision center! My Hyundai Santa Fe was broken into (shattered back window) and the thieves attempted to hot wire my car but failed - they completely ruined my ignition and I couldn't even start my car. I looked at reviews online and decided to use Freeman Hyundai. The rep that I spoke with told me that I could bring my car in right away but they also immediately told me that it would take a while for my car to be completed (due to the parts that would need to be ordered). I appreciated the transparency and decided to go ahead and bring my car in. I had it towed there at the end of June and it was completed mid September in perfect condition. From the moment I contacted them, the communication was top notch. Snow and Bernadino (the 2 reps at the collision center that helped me) were extremely kind, helpful and communicative through the entire process. Every time I contacted them, they either connected with me right away or got back to me in an extremely fast manner. They also contacted me immediately any time there was an update on my car. When I received my car, it was in great condition and it was an easy process. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing help with their Hyundai! Thank you!”

My rental car was towed to them because I locked the keys in the trunk and there was no inside access to the trunk from the inside.Brandon Jolly was the tech who handled the car. He noted that the car was damaged by the tow company when it was delivered and took photos for documentation. He had to research online how to bypass to open the trunk (not a straight forward fix) AND noticing that my laptop was in the trunk with my other belongings, he locked my bag safely for the night. The next morning, he called me and arranged to deliver my belongings to me where I was working and did so.Amazing customer service like this is rare these days and I appreciate this type of service.I will absolutely recommend Caliber Auto Care highly.”
