“Wrecked my brand new truck… Front end collision. I took it to Autonation collision in Plano and the process could not have been easier. Bryce was my advisor and he walked me through what would need to be done, kept me updated throughout the process (even when new parts arrived damaged), and they even had it done 4 days earlier than promised. Insurance wanted to put aftermarket parts on it but Bryce advocated that my brand new truck deserved oem parts for the repair. The truck looks brand new again and I couldn’t be happier with the job that Bryce and Javier did. Thank you for fixing my mistake! Also, be nice to your advisors:)”

My phone call was answered by Kristen, apparently at a central office, who generated a quote and then called the location to see if they could cut it today. Called at 9am and the glass was ready by 1pm. Awesome service!”
“Came to the shop because I needed to replace a grill on my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought my own replacement part (OEM) and they were very flexible with both prices and timeline. They didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on anything and loved how straightforward they were. They had no problems with any of the sensors or the EV components. Enrique was really good about texting me pictures and updates.
