“I Usually make appointments prior to coming here since i live almost an hour away from their shop and , like to ensure same day turnaround when possible .This time i did not have an appointment and , decided to randomly pull up since i was in the areas and was still taken care of with a pretty quick turnaround for the service provided.)decided to bring in my new daily last minute since I noticed the factory tint was slowly starting to bubble and blur . had the original tint removed and replaced with a Darker and Higher Quality tint and as always recived top notch work at a reasonable price and no damaged defrost lines”

“Call first. Ask for quote, if they have the window/ windshield in stock as well before you make a "drive" (depending on where you live). I wanna start off by thanking the business for taking me in last minute and as soon as I arrived, they knew who I was. It's what I love about non "big" franchises. They had the only driver side door window glass for my car in Dallas that wasn't dealer. In other words, they came in clutch. Very much appreciated service. If you're not near the south Dallas area, or have never been, but don't wanna pay the mark up price for a glass, this is the spot to go. I made the 40 min. drive into somewhere I've never been but it was sure as hell worth every second getting there. You get a different side of Dallas in other words. $225 is what I paid. Compared to what dealers quoted me. $550/$480. They kept their word, and if you plan on paying them a visit make sure you keep yours too if they have to order something for you. That's what they abide by!”

“My friends and I all chipped in last June for my husband's birthday and got a gift certificate. He had just purchased a new pickup and what better gift than tinting the windows. Fast forward to last evening, I called Alta Mere and wanted to make an appointment for the husband. I spoke with Dan and from the first "Hello," the level of service has been impeccable! I was expecting to have to wait for an appointment but we were able to get in today. I gave Adam all of the details for the job and this morning when my husband took the truck in, he was greeted by name from Dan. The whole service (front two windows) took all of a couple hours. When it came to pay, we did not realize the gift certificate was good for 6 months. (Honestly, we didn't look at it again after his birthday until today.) The total today was $210 and the GC was $250. They accepted the GC even after we said they didn't have to at all. That is what I say is top notch service from start to finish. Let me be clear... please do not take old expired GC's in thinking they will accept. It was a gracious gesture with no expectancy. Thank you, Alta Mere and Dan, for superb service!!”

“If you own a Rivian, I hope sincerely you never need a body shop. But if you do, there is no better place to take it than Payne and Sons. Unfortunately, my R1T was hit and run back in December and I was left to navigate getting a really unique vehicle repaired. My insurance company (Geico) seemed to not really know what to do with my truck. They sent me to a reputable local chain, but they said they couldn’t even provide an estimate for my vehicle. I decided to contact the manufacturer and they sent me a list of certified body shops in Texas. There are only two in the DFW area, with the other being a franchise dealership. I took a gamble that a family owned company would be more likely to help me through this situation. Boy am I glad I did!From the jump I was given such a confident feeling that I was in good hands when the owner, Logan, called me to put me at ease. He stated they have gone through a training and certification process with Rivian and have repaired many of them. He also told me that given the complexity of these repairs he handles the entire process front to back! From there it only got better. Logan showed he valued my time by having me bring the truck out for the estimate, then told me since it was still drivable that I should keep driving it while he worked through the process of getting the necessary approvals from the insurance company, ordered the parts, and then scheduled the repair. Many other shops would have just had you drop your vehicle off and let it sit for that time period.Once it was time to schedule the repair, Logan called me and offered several options. I dropped my truck off and he estimated it would take 2-3 weeks. Throughout that time, he communicated several times to keep me informed of each step. After about 19 days, he called me to say it was complete! Nailed the estimate even with several supplemental requests and other parts that were needed!I showed up a little early for my scheduled pick up appointment and Logan was out of the office. No matter, though, his staff jumped on delivering my truck to me. Not only was the repair done at the highest quality imaginable, (I’ve been in the automotive business for nearly 20 years) but they detailed it and it showed better than the day I bought it!I cannot recommend Logan and Payne and Sons more for your body repairs. Best experience I could’ve asked for when it seemed this would be trickier than ever. Thank you, Logan!”

My rental car was towed to them because I locked the keys in the trunk and there was no inside access to the trunk from the inside.Brandon Jolly was the tech who handled the car. He noted that the car was damaged by the tow company when it was delivered and took photos for documentation. He had to research online how to bypass to open the trunk (not a straight forward fix) AND noticing that my laptop was in the trunk with my other belongings, he locked my bag safely for the night. The next morning, he called me and arranged to deliver my belongings to me where I was working and did so.Amazing customer service like this is rare these days and I appreciate this type of service.I will absolutely recommend Caliber Auto Care highly.”
