This is my very first review…EVER! Normally, I don’t have time, but for Empire, I made time. I was in the market for a new sound system for my Honda. In my search, I’ve visited 4 other audio places, but I gotta say my experience at Empire Sound on Forest Lane was the DOPEST!!
I inquired about the same audio components and brands at the other stops. However, Mark and H was difference…deadass! The conversation was comfortable and easy, Mark didn’t talk over my head, he answered all my questions + made suggestions, took time to opened boxes to show me the actual product I’d be getting, and the price was on par with the other places I visited. A big time win for me.

I had a couple of areas on the vehicle that I had just neglected for far too long and was very surprised that they were able to get the areas cleaned. And chris was able to talk to me about the small paint transfer I had been neglecting and helped me remove it with ease.

“Called about a recent backseat window shatter. They answered immediately and gave me a quote. They had something for next day and had a quote fast. They even offered to come to my location and clean up any mess. That's amazing! I set up the appointment with them easily. Half an hour later they said they would actually fit me in same day. I of course accepted. They kept me updated on how long it would be and when they got here. They said 45 mins but they got it done in like 15-20! So fast!

“The quality of work done to the vehicle was excellent. I’m talking specifically about the bodywork and the paint job. My car is black and there was dust or some other material all over the car. Now I will admit, I didn’t give them a clean vehicle when I left it. But, when I got it back, I had to have it detailed. There was still debris on the vehicle, Some sort of dust or film all over car and a thick layer of white dust all over the interior. It’s a black car, I’m gonna notice those things. Other than that, the communication was very good.”

A lot of runaround incl cxling appts last minute, asking me to send pics and then ghosting me.Robert not only did he schedule service that day, he came to my house, repaired 2 small chips, was fast, SO nice & did a great job.When he called to say he was on his way, I noticed it was a different co on the caller iID, DEEP ELLUM GLASS. I didn’t confirm, but I assume he’s taken over that co. I’m leaving a review on that site too.”
