We needed to send lithium batteries to Australia from our e-bikes. After getting the run around from other fgt companies the lady here was fantastic in getting it all sorted for us. I am in this facility at least 4 times a week, and everyone i have dealt with is kind and helpful. The only thing is, I really wish they would restripe their parking lot. It just grinds my gears to see people park in handicap parking and jump right out of their vehicle, with no plates or placard, just because it is more... read full comment
