Picked up a package there yesterday that I missed signing for at my house. The team was efficient and friendly and professional. I was in and out of there in under five minutes and had a very pleasant experience.

Great service.... but they need 2 clerks full time in the evening. IF it gets slow, one of the clerks can help the back.

Not only did the delivery go wrong, but when I went to pick up the package, the staff was unbelievably rude.

The staff here is super nice. I always go to the lady with glasses. She is fast and nice to me. Never had problems here. They accept dry ice.

bad service.i did use fedex express and paid for an high extra amount to use the Express 1-2 days delivery. But, it was delayed and hold at this store on the second day.i had to come and pick up. Then, receive the absolutely attitude that due to severe weather yesterday making many packages were delayed including mine.Please release them due to i did paid for the Express fee coz it’s my urgent stuffs.I haven’t received any apologies from fedex staff here. The staff who solved my case she was ok, but the other staff was standing next to her with another customer just involved to my case with no reason. I hope she can read this review that you should do your job with your client.I even did know your name due to you’re not the staff to receive my case. long curly hair

Took package with time sensitive material (blood samples for a study) in it to be FIRST OVERNIGHTED yesterday at lunch to arrive at the destination by 8 am today (so the blood is still good). It's 3:41 PM and the package was never even entered in the system. The lady at the counter helped me, created the label, etc. and assured me it would get there on time.

Absolutely not professional at all. I placed an order on 1/30/2023 where it was then given over to FedEx with an overnight shipping promise, as I paid the extra money for it. The whole reason I paid overnight shipping was for expensive equipment that was being delivered and I didn't want it sitting in a box within a warehouse. Of course, a winter storm hit and their operations were down from 1/30/2023-2/1/2023. This location opened at 12pm on 2/2/2023 since the roads were still a bit icy. I then spoke to a representative from customer service and was told I could come to this location to pick up my package since it was now delayed again until 2/3/2023. I was told I would need a reference number and my ID to pick up the package. So, I decided to make the hour and a half round-trip drive to pick up the package, but was then told I couldn't because they didn't know exactly where it was at their facility. I don't understand how I can pay the extra money for priority shipping for them to not keep it as a priority. Honestly, this whole experience has been a joke with FedEx and I will never use them again. Highly advise you do the same since they do not keep their customer's satisfaction as a priority.

Terrible service, the workers are always angry, they put the shipping address wrong and they keep you waiting for a long time in the place. I don't recommend it, it's rubbish! They sent my package to another state!

I don't usually track packages BUT after knowing one should have arrived I checked the tracking and it showed 3 attempts of delivery. First off someone was home and second not 1 notice of supposedly 3 attempts were left. So I had to drive to Addison to pick up my package and customer service is NOT their priority. I see better service at the friggin Tax office?

I’ve been to this location several times to mail packages including international shipments, and the representatives here are always courteous and knowledgeable, handling my packages efficiently and with care. I went to another FedEx printing center once and was told repeatedly that my vendor-provided commercial invoice didn’t have proper info when I’ve shipped to and received from this vendor several times before. Ended up leaving that location angrily and coming back to this one - a nice lady took care of my package without a problem. I’ve always come back to this location for great customer service ever since.
