I was expecting a very important delivery, but the driver didn’t wait even a minute and just left a door tag. Since it was Friday and I couldn’t wait until Monday, I called customer service and they advised me to go to this location. The two guys here were fantastic,professional and helped me get my package the next day. THANK YOU!!

Horrible and lazy employees! Driver took a picture of the wrong address and says I wasn’t home when I took the day off to receive a package. Customer service here was difficult to work with and wasted my time.

Terrible experience at this FedEx location.
I came in on Friday, June 13th around 6:57 PM needing to print a 1–2 page document and ship one piece of clothing. A short Hispanic male (I really hope he’s not the manager) was immediately rude and unhelpful. He didn’t greet me or the two other customers who walked in at the same time. Instead, he told me I had to “pick” between printing or shipping, not both. When I asked why, he claimed the Wi-Fi shuts off at 7 PM, which honestly sounded like an excuse to avoid helping.
I explained that both tasks were simple, and instead of assisting, he argued back and forth with me wasting valuable time he could’ve used to gather my info and get it done. Printing a document and making a label doesn’t take long.
I stayed calm, but I was clearly frustrated. I went to self-service, which I had never used before. When I asked for help at the printer, he said if he helped, I’d have to pay. At that point, I was just done—I never even got the email I needed and walked out.
Then he had the nerve to sarcastically say “Have a good day” after giving absolutely no help.
I hope the manager sees this and I seriously hope that guy wasn’t the manager. I filed a formal complaint the same day, and I truly hope FedEx does something about it. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I recently went online trying to get an iPhone ( used ) for my son on the Walmart website price was good and checked the specs too .. all was good . But to my surprise the day they scheduled delivery I clearly mentioned that I want it delivered to the leasing office seeing that I wasn’t gonna be home .however that day happened to be my off day was tracking the parcel only to see on the Walmart app saying delivered with a pic of the apt intercom so I checked my phone no call came in , I opened my door No package at the door ,went downstairs thinking maybe he couldn’t get hold of me so it should be were I wanted it delivered NOTHING. I then got into my car to the Addison FEDEX office and they gave me a lame ex saying since I reported it there was nothing they could do but I should just wait for the tracker to locate my package . That right there is NEGLIGENCE and NEGLECT to your clients fedex I just used to hear that Deliveries get stolen until it happened I was so disappointed with the overall service and will never use them again ! Bunch of Thieves ! Talk should employ the right people .

The virtual representative is useless. You can't even call this location to confirm anything. Just redirected to a virtual account useless assistant for an issue that isn't an option.

I’ve tried to use this location 3 times and there is never anyone at the front desk and the lines are long. I’ve left each time to go to a different location. Avoid at all costs.

Incredibly kind customer service that goes above and beyond. A tornado caused a power outage so the shipping center had to close. When I saw that my package (my passport for my flight the next day) was held there, I went to personally pick it up and stood outside the parking lot, while a manager manually searched through packages (because the computers with tracking info were down). Thank you for the help!
