“Pretty run down food court , it was much nicer when it opened up and some years following but now it’s a bit left to their own devices
Food is good. Water you have to ask for , very few tables and chairs

I wanted to share my exceptional experience at my favorite Sprouts location. Not only is it conveniently located, but it consistently delivers top-notch quality in produce and food items. The staff members, particularly Lashonda in the vitamin department, go above and beyond. Lashonda's knowledge is impressive; she keeps me informed about sales and assists me in finding the perfect vitamins, probiotics, skincare products, and more. Moreover, Eric, one of the managers, sets an incredible standard for customer service. His warm greeting and genuine interest in customers' well-being make every visit a delight. Eric even steps in to help at the cashier, ensuring smooth checkout experiences even during busy times.
Overall, the store is always immaculate, well-stocked, and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. Sprouts has truly become my go-to destination for quality products and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for consistently exceeding my expectations.”
“Awesome selection of products, clean facility, helpful and friendly staff. Attendants at the deli counter and butchers shop were quick to serve and did it with a smile. While I was shopping in the candy aisle an employee asked if he could help, then provided me with samples of his favorites to help make my decision. I travel a lot and service like this inside of a market is rare. It deserves to be acknowledged and praised!”
“I come way from Cedar Hill to this location bc I saw that the ones closer to me have rude customer service. Even when the young lady is direct, to me it's not rude. She just be trying to get order in the store bc everytime they make signs on the floor for the line, they get scratched up so a lot of the times you gotta guess where you at and remember mfas will come in and act like they don't see you and cut. People just be letting em do it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the customer service is cool. They get you in and out and not rude about it to me.”

“I don't do all of my shopping at sprouts, but I do stop in there every week or two for a few high quality items. They have a great selection of bulk granola. And their meat counter is quite good”
“This store is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and reliable. The prices are great on vegan foods. They carry most of my fave vegan brands. In my opinion. All grocery stores should keep all vegan food in a dedicated area. I don't know of any store that does that. I can find vegan turkey by dairy cheese. ??♀️ The vegan cheese is near some other dairy cheese. This means I get to go around the whole store to get all my vegan foods. It's easier to do so at Sprouts as there are bigger isles and more room to push a cart through the isles. That's not the case with other stores around here. It's Park Cities. I know it's urban, and there's not much land. This Sprouts is pretty big. It's suburban big. I never can't find parking in the lot. The price of my completed shopping was under $70! ?? That's very good compared to other stores with large vegan selections.”

“I visit this place for Amazon return I really go shopping here it's too expensive for me but the place inside is extremely nice overpriced groceries a good experience overall but it is a whole foods place I expect it to be pricey The staff there are very friendly and the people that visit the place are very friendly it's in a very nice light of town if you're wealthy and you want nice clean food I would visit this place you won't regret it you always get what you pay for.”
“I appreciate and count o the team at Hillside and Afshin is a great part of the team at store 160, Lakewood, regularly helpful and friendly. The store is clean and bright and produce is organic and much better quality than The Thumb. “Okay, get ready because I GOT SOME THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS STORE AND IT'S EMPLOYEES. One in particular. To start off, I've been going to this store for like the last 3 years. In the last, eh, year and a half maybe, they've totally improved the store all around, from the layout of the products on the floor to the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. Which leads me to Alan. Alan is the store manager and this dude is a walking encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information, he also makes DAMN sure you get the absolute best bang for your buck. You can come into the store with any question about anything from physiology to specific chemical compounds in the products on the shelves, and he will give you a detailed explanation of its purpose and effects on the body, a comparison to other products to find out which best suits your needs, and finally, the absolute best deal that can be given. I have no reason to go anywhere else with my nutritional/supplement/fitness needs as long as Alan still works in that store.”
