Had a reservation, called in the morning to confirm. Showed up and did not have our reservation. went to different Hilton hotel. No reservation and we were welcomed with open arms.

Rooms: Need upgrading really badly. It's not like it used to be. I am very disappointed, unfortunately I will not be staying there again. The area is great lots of food places, target, Walmart, clothes shops etc in the area

Absolutely incredible staff, great breakfast super cool social events amazing management. I’d like to highlight Rafael and Herbert, both of them took amazing care of me and made sure every request was taken care of hastily.
