“I’m still posting this even though the deal didn’t go through. I’ve had a lot of experiences of going to a dealership and always leaving with a sour taste in my mouth. I have to say the experience I’ve had with Double R Cars and more specifically Isssac is what buying a car should feel like, especially used ones. He made me feel reassured when examining the car, was fully supportive when I asked to get a pre purchase inspection, and most importantly was patient with me during the process. Even when I told him that the deal wasn’t going to go through (nothing to do with the car itself, just have some moving expenses coming my way) he was completely understanding, wasn’t upset, and wished all the best.
