“Came by on a Saturday and Craig2 let us drive a truck. He explained the dealership's pricing and other options they offered. We let him know this was our first stop because we had just started looking. After a week of searching and going to multiple dealerships, we decided that the best experience we had so far was at BBC with Craig2. We went back first thing the next Saturday and asked about a different truck we had seen on their website. Craig found it in the make ready area and got it out for us to look at and drive. We decided this was the truck for us and he then handed us over to Craig1 for financing and warranty options. Neither ever put any pressure on us for anything.
