“Brought 2018 Stelvio for warranty repair after it stalled due to fuel pump issue. Had it towed after closing Saturday night and left keys in night drop. Called Monday morning and excellent service advisor promised to get it looked at ASAP. By midday Tuesday it was ready and since I could not get there before closing they arranged for me to pick up from sales Mgr. When I arrived it was in front washed and ready. Everyone involved was friendly and went all the way to help me.”

“I was online shopping for a BMW 540i and found one here at a price point that worked perfectly with my budget. They gave me a good trade in allowance, higher than your average online no negotiation trade appraisal since the vehicle I was trading was in pretty good shape. The vehicle I purchased was not in perfect condition but it also didn’t come with the high pre-owned recon prices that are typically found at manufacturer dealer used lots so it breaks even for me in that case, it is a used vehicle after all. I live 3 hours away and wanted to get as much of the deal done as possible online before coming to finalize and make my trade. Oscar did an amazing job helping me through the entire process. I showed up shortly after open on a Saturday and was out with my new-to-me key before lunch time despite test driving a few miles, visually checking the vehicle over pretty thoroughly, and having the vehicle detailed after my arrival. the last place I got a truck from was truly a shitshow of a situation. I'd jus gotten the vehicle, 3 days in it broke down and we spent nearly a month trying to get it going again. The place I'd gotten it from wasn't helping in the least.
on day 1 of arriving at 3400 autosales, it felt like id finally found some relief. They helped us figure out what was wrong in one session and plan out how to proceed. Dudes are super knowledgeable, Genuine and honest.
Now I've got a better truck through this better company and I can actually smile about having this truck. I have faith that even if something were to go wrong, they would be there to fix it. The certified mechanics are pretty beastly as well!!

“Tom was the BEST dealership I’ve ever worked with. He immediately responded to my text when asked about availability of a car. We purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla for our daughter. She loved the car as soon as she saw it. He got it detailed for us and fuel with gas. It was missing backseat covers, he immediately ordered them from Toyota dealership and they arrived within a week. We paid cash! Great price. No extra accessories and fees added to the sale like Big Car Dealerships. We purchased the car on a Monday. We had our tags, seat covers and extra key by Saturday. We will definitely go back to Tom in the future if needing another car.”
