When I initially inquired about the car, Tom responded immediately (at 10 pm). We made a plan to go see it the next day. There were a few things that we wanted touched up and Tom took care of it for us. He went out of his way to make sure we had the perfect first car for our daughter. This is not your normal car salesman. He’s not pushy, he doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need, and is very honest. Everything was well organized, easy to navigate, and we didn’t feel pressured to buy like at most other car dealerships. Our sales representative was Ashhab and he was amazing—very efficient, friendly, and helpful. We told him what we were searching for and he came up with several options and made the entire process really enjoyable (never thought I’d say that about buying a car!).Docking one star bc the check engine light came on within one week of purchase and we had to take the car in for servicing. Luckily the 90 day warranty covered everything, but we were a little surprised bc the repairs that needed to be done should have been caught before the car was put up for sale.Overall, great experience at this CarMax and I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking to buy a car!”

“I've purchased more cars than I'd like to admit. I won't lie; after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about even starting the process with Autos of Dallas. They had the exact car I wanted, well below the price I've seen at other dealers. I made an inquiry online and after a little back and forth with David I decided to go in for a test drive. He came out and handed me the keys and said "have fun. Take your time. Let me know when you get back!" I haven't had a salesman hand me keys for a solo drive in a LONG time. It's so uncomfortable when they ride with you. I appreciated that. There was no back and forth on price, the finance guy came over and offered all of the add ons, I declined, and that was that. I was in and out in UNDER AN HOUR! So many reviews about extras and add-ons to their contracts... I don't understand how you could possibly miss any of that while signing your paperwork. It's all very well laid out and clear to follow. I will always keep in Autos of Dallas in mind for future needs and I recommend you do the same. Love my new Audi!”
