Wing stop in Waco TX on New Road Street.omg went there too feed my familys were the fountain drinks was loaded with ice it was hard too put cup in there to get ice and we had too clean are own table and restrooms had no toilet tissue in there and there was trash on floor that the only wingstop were they don't clean an this was at night time....

I’m a worker of 0930 location if headquarters read this please email me back, but 0930 it’s a new location off of Carroll Street & west 7th street in Fort Worth Texas, I’m writing this because this location ONLY has ONE restroom for Ladies & Men’s and I went to the hospital not too long ago and did some tests on me, I have MULTIPLE VAGINAL INFECTIONS due to this situation and also I’m got diagnosed with low pressure diabetes and this condition is messing me up with my health. Another thing I been working there for 2 months for free and barley got my official check 2weeks ago and I want this to be move forward to headquarters to resolve this issue, because now I’m dealing with upper stomach and liver problems and pain that I shouldn’t be going there!!

Don't go the the location in 1445 West Pleasant Run Road, Lancaster, TX, 75146, they have CC thieves there. I discovered a transaction on my bank account and it was from this location. Started calling the location at 10:30 am no answer went to voicemail, the online ordering service even tried to help and get someone on the line from there and same results. I have to attempt to contact the restaurant because the bank was going to ask if I had tried to reach the merchant. THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES. I'm so angry

The location below, need a complete overhaul!I waited over 45 minutes to receive my order.I literally had to ask for my order! Three male employees begin to argue so loudly, hurling profanities at one another! They were so angry that they had no regards for me nor the other 8-10 customers standing in clear view of them! I was so appalled I wanted to ask for a reversal of my payment but I was so afraid they might start shooting! I’m a disabled veteran who suffers with MST PTSD. That was a serious trigger to where I couldn’t sleep at all last night. The manager simply did nothing to defuse the situation. Even worse, she stood next to me with one female employee and dragged the guys who were arguing! She talked about them so badly as if she didn’t give a rats behind about the situation! The tall female employee was the level headed one! Hey, the store was just filthy! I took pictures of it because I want the general manager to know exactly what they are paying for. I will never ever visit that organization again! I wish I could upload the pics. I am just waking up from some kind of sleep after all this. You hear about shootings at Walmart all the time so I was really scared it was going to happen here. It’s so sad how awful customer service has become now days. I called the wingstop location and the tempepatient and attempt to place an order and was told that I was unable to place an order for a chicken sandwich over the phone so I will be required to place the order online online. When I attempt to place the order online I submitted the order and received an error message and found that the website Did not place my order And my checking account was debited for the full amount of my Order. When I called the location to advise them of my experience, the person who answered placed on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever came to the line. I then went to the store And then attempt to speak with the manager And the employees make fun of me. This was a terrible customer Service experience. The manager's name was Tony Tran.

5415 S Cooper St Ste 113 Arlington Texas 76017.The customer service and sense of urgency is below par and unacceptable. Have called the store for 40 minutes plus and there’s been no answer and I’m unable to make an order. Fire the whole staff and start over with workers who take pride In providing quality service. ZERO STARS FOR THE LOCATION!!! It’s always a issue either late orders or missing items or won’t answer phone to take orders. Ridiculous
