CVS Pharmacy is a store where customers can be in and out fairly quick. It is described as a clean store with well-organized and stocked shelves, though some note shelves weren't exactly full and items were out in certain categories. The staff and pharmacists are widely seen as wonderful, helpful, fast, and pleasant. However, reviews consistently state they are overworked, with corporate management criticized for piling on more work with less staff. The store offers nearly everything needed, albeit with a healthy markup over grocery stores. Services like returns and drive-thru Covid testing are handled efficiently, with testing being speedy and free with insurance. The store layout is noted as being somewhat backwards, with parking and the main entrance in the rear.
I like this brand of store your in and out fairly quick. With that said shelves stocked, clean store, helpful workers (during my visit), overall good shopping.

The staff and pharmacists are wonderful but OVERWORKED. CVS CORP is hanging them out to dry by piling more work on them with less staff. I tried to contact CVS corporate to find out why but impossible to get a hold of the shirts at corporate who make there decisions

Need more employees on the floor. Waiting 30 mins for the only employee in the store to be able to help me is insane.
