“Gas is always cheaper here than your regular stores like Walmart, HEB or even Shell gas station. They are open very early in the morning which i like. If you are a Sam's member you donearn cash back on your gas and groceries purchases. They also have the scan and go in the app which is convenient you dont have to wait in line to check out.”
“The price is generally pretty good, but these are very drippy nozzles- They leak more gas when pulling them out after fueling than any station I've encountered in years. Multiply a dozen drops each fueling by hundreds of people serviced daily, and it's a huge waste of fuel and significant contributor to Bexar County's severe ozone pollution.
I also hate advertisements playing while pumping but at least they're not for cigarettes.”
“Very friendly but when it comes to baggage your groceries they're very poorly. They throw everything and they don't want to double bag it and I already told so many times over and over and over to the managers and they don't fix the the issue. They should send those baggers to take a class cuz I don't know how to bag your groceries I just went to HEB the same HEB Babcock and huebner. I don't appreciate why you going to put four of those. Humongous bottles is glass. I'm talking about glass on glass and then my yogurts glass and glass is not even funny. Y'all need to stop because you're all's manager. Do not tell y'all anything because it's not only this time. It been for the since I've been going last year and this year. That's ridiculous. Learn how to bag”

Damien not only called, he remained outside my door and handed the medication to me. Going above and beyond what was asked. Thank you for putting customer service above speed. “Diesel available only on two pumps on one end, usually being used by people NOT getting diesel. Use of left side of pumps is useless unless your fuel tank is in the right side of your vehicle. Be prepared to wait.”

“A decent sized HEB with everything one could need. Nice cut to order meat market along the back wall is a real plus. Their fresh fruits and vegetables sections offer a wider selection than I've seen at other HEBs. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. The only gripe I've got is that the parking lot nearest the entrance is uphill when leaving the store and with groceries can be a bit hard if dealing with a mobility issue. There are handicap parking spaces very close to the entrance (and not uphill) if you're fortunate enough to get one. Overall, a great store.”

“I received my discharge medications promptly after discharge paperwork was signed and explained by my nurse. Vanessa delivered my medications and was very pleasant and informative. She thoroughly explained all pertinent information and where to find answers for any further questions regarding medications after learning hospital. Overall University Hospital provided a safe space & was a great experience during a stressful time in life.”

“A good gas station to visit and fill up your car, you clean the pumps, the place looks clean and the most notable thing about this large chain of gas stations is its affordable prices, low compared to its direct competitors since here you find the most economical fuel I really like to recharge at any branch of this chain. It is highly recommended to visit it.”

“The Managers, Clinton and Becca, helped me out with an issue I had with a purchase I made a couple of weeks ago. They was super friendly and very understanding. They really didn't have to help me, but they did. This HEB is super close to my work. I usually shop at the one in Alamo Heights, but this one is really convenient for stops during and after work. The area is a little sketchy, but the staff and security are always present and attentive. Great management and great employees!”

He squeezed me in for their last appointment for 4 brand new tires at an affordable rate! Thank you Jesse to you and your team very helpful quick and efficient! I felt so much better getting all new tires and had a safe trip!”
“At first I was hesitant due to there being no drive thru, but the entire pharmacy staff is so nice and professional. Whether it’s navigating a new prescription or waiting on insurance to approve an existing one, they are always super helpful and patient when I try any coupons or discount cards I may have. I have gotten more help from this pharmacy in a year than any other HEB pharmacy my whole life.”

“Been going to this location for over 45 years. Clean. Well kept. Helpful staff. Good produce and good selection although some items are not priced on shelves. Somewhat disappointing that size selections are geared to families and not senior friendly. Many items available only in large or family-size. Many handicap carts not well maintained. Despite showing full battery, they drain quickly and don't hold a charge resulting in getting stuck with a full basket in the middle of the store. Have advised staff numerous times but to no avail.”
