106 N 9th St, AlamoI went in last night and had a new waitress, and there was a bit of confusion with my tab. I called today and the GM, Crystal, helped me get everything sorted and she truly went above and beyond.
Crystal was patient, kind, and prompt, and went the extra mile with her service, not only in person but also over the phone and through email. She was hands-on from the moment we walked in and even followed through the next day, which really stood out to me.
Because of her, I genuinely want to go back. The music was fun, the service was great, the food was great and Crystal made the entire experience feel valued and cared for.
