“Oil change at a good price, the day I went there were no people and in less than 30 minutes my truck was ready. Other times it takes up to 2 hours but you can enter the store to shop or see, they have a waiting room.”

“Late at night I had a flat tire on the freeway & called a tow truck to haul my vehicle back home. The next morning I called Fred at Goodyear, who has been my go to salesman & friend to help me. With no other vehicle to get to the hospital, where my husband was in ICU, Fred lined up a solution to my problem. He drove my vehicle to the Goodyear Service Center, put on 2 new tires & drove my vehicle back to my house. I was able to get to the hospital to see my husband.

“These guys didn’t give up on my top Fox steering dampener / stabilizer. My F250 lift kit came with a bracket that was not compatible despite AmericanTrucks.com saying that it was. Rather than throw in the towel and say it wouldn’t work we brainstormed a solution and they found another compatible bracket to make the top stabilizer work. Saved me a lot of money on having to buy a different stabilizer. It’s riding perfect so far!”

“On march 13th we encountered some difficulties with the front drivers tire. We walked in to Goodyear tires on north 23rd in Mcallen Texasat 11 a.m. immediately we were greeted by Nikki and attended to. Within 10 - 20 minutes our vehicle was inspected we were shown and walked through main problem with our vehicle by the mechanic then taken back to Nikki walk us through our decision as well as looking for discounts available to us. After agreeing to allowing Goodyear to service our vehicle and taken care of with the same day and getting us back into our vehicle before 5p.m. we were happy customers and talked about future services to come with Nikki and the manager and the mechanic. “Ordered my lift through them on Monday and they had it delivered next day. Dropped off my truck that same day and they had the kit installed and the truck aligned that same day ready for pick up. Looking forward to keep on returning with them whenever i do more stuff to my truck. 10/10 service”

They picked up my tires from weslaco and brought them to a store near me. Placed the tires on and got me rolling with in the hr.
