“My husband and I were heading back to Cisco. We stopped in here for lunch. We had the burger basket. Was really good. It was on Texas toast and the fries were homemade!! The employees were very friendly. Nice little place.”

“You know what happens when you roll into a small sleepy Texan town after 9pm? Everything is closed. At least I could not find anything open. But Allsup's had a few items for sale when I stopped in there and two burritos later I was out the door and on my way.
The fellow behind the counter was friendly and confirmed everything was closed that he knew of.
I shy away from buying things out of gas stations and one never knows how long things were under the heat lamps. But the burritos tasted great and I did not have to wipe out my limited supply of snacks since I wasn't smart enough to stop for dinner a few hours and towns earlier.”
