“I only give 5 stars because we had the most incredible experience little over a week ago with DALTON!!! We went in to add me to my kids line but ended up getting all 3 of us new phones and new plans that will save money. I have been in the service field my entire life and without a doubt can say that Dalton is a prize asset to this company. He literally spent 3 hours with us, as he made sure all the customers coming in (which ended up to be a house full) knew he would be with them asap. He helped them when our phones were downloading or doing something that he did not need to do at that moment. We first went to the Verizon in Weatherford, we were barely greeted and was told they were short handed; there 2 of them. We left after 10 mins. and went to Hudson Oaks location and Praise God we got Dalton and he was the ONLY PERSON in the store. I am fairly new to this area, I love living in country but i find even though the people are so nice; they lack in customer service skills. I actually went back this week for help with phone as I am 71, he could not have been any nicer. He offered to help me any questions I had on how to work the new 17 Pro Max. If you do get a chance to get Dalton, consider it a blessing!!!”

He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful—not only did he get the new phone set up in record time, but he also took the time to fine-tune my account and offer tips to save even more money on my plan.

“If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Bri is a god send. I was in Fort Worth for a family emergency. After landing, I was having some major issues with my phone not working. It was dropping calls and not letting me send out texts. I stopped in here and within about 30 minutes, Bri had it working better than before! I wish Cricket could clone her and place her in every store they have. She turned a very dark moment into one of the best interactions I've ever had. I'm not sure what she is paid, but she 10000% deserves more. I came in extremely hot and not only did she let me vent my frustrations, she showed an extreme level of compassion. 10/10 I recommend this store to everyone.”

“I was very satisfied with my visit. I can't remember her name off the top of my head but it was a young, blonde woman who was very friendly and nice, she assisted me with getting my phone replace. I felt bad because we had to wait for the account holder to show up so If anything, I was the complicated one but she was very patient with me, answered any questions I had about services, promotions, products, etc and then helped sort everything out when I was at the store. Overall I'm very satisfied, would highly recommend that location to anyone, and would go back myself”
