“My name is Allyson Howitz. I came in to transfer my phone-lines to new phones yesterday around 2:00p. We had so much trouble with the transfer that I ended up leaving my phones, gabbing my kids from school and coming back. We still had issues and the lady I was working with didn't seem to have the solution. In comes Johnathan to save the day. This guy knew a work around to get the phones to move forward with the updates/transfers. It still took us 4 hours to do this (at no fault of anyone but Apple) but Johnathan was so patience with me and even stayed after his shift to ensure everything transferred properly. He was so professional, kind and patient. He deserves the recognition. Thank you so much.”
