“My name is Allyson Howitz. I came in to transfer my phone-lines to new phones yesterday around 2:00p. We had so much trouble with the transfer that I ended up leaving my phones, gabbing my kids from school and coming back. We still had issues and the lady I was working with didn't seem to have the solution. In comes Johnathan to save the day. This guy knew a work around to get the phones to move forward with the updates/transfers. It still took us 4 hours to do this (at no fault of anyone but Apple) but Johnathan was so patience with me and even stayed after his shift to ensure everything transferred properly.
