There was no waiting. We got there and started to sit down and they called us to go back. The lab technician was good. I'm a hard stick and she got it on the first try and it didn't hurt.

Courteous, Respectful direction, Professional and speedy service - I have been using Quest Diagnostics since April 2021 and have never been more satisfied - their service and personnel are consistently gratifying. I never hesitate to go get my blood labs drawn and the results are available the following day via their website.

This is the worst lab that I have ever dealt with. No one to talk to and ask questions. No reception area can't talk to a person unless go to website and charged 10 dollars to chat with someone. Disappointed big time. Small town and this is the only lab. Here in alice tx. Not very good business.

I went to Quest This morning, I have alway felt that everyone is very professional, my experience today was not professional. I was taking a test today that required me waiting for 15 minutes in lobby without speaking or coughing. I was asked if I needed help and I nodded no, she continued to ask me questions. Until I answered. When it was my turn to return to exam room I was called in and told to go to room 1. But then she stop as soon as I entered, and handed me the bag to breath into. I walk with a walker and it was hard for me to take cap off to breath in bag. Other patients were being dismissed and had to walk next to me while I was not wearing a mask. I felt very uncomfortable and I wish I hadn’t had contact with other patients, because I was not given the time to go to assigned room. The hallway is not the place to complete exams.☺️

The women there are rude, there's noone to talk to at front desk, there's just no point in making a appointment because you end up getting skipped by walk ins. You guys need to fix your employee's attitude's they were in the back laughing instead of acting professional, I guess they feel there job is actually secure these women need to be replaced asap (PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR REVIEWS).... ABSOLUTELY WORST VISIT.......

Absolutely the WORST testing facility I've ever been to. Show up at 8am find out from their door that they don't do drug screens until 10pm.. waited 2 hours while having to go to the bathroom for them to tell me at 10pm that they won't do the test without an authorization code when EVERY OTHER QUEST HAS DONE THE TEST WITHOUT ONE... horribly unprofessional.

Made appointment, walked in 15 minutes prior to that appointment, signed in & waited 45 minutes. Not sure why I bothered to make an appointment. No one up front to talk to.
