Carmela at the front counter was super helpful. The staff was jovial and friendly. Customer service inside was the best I've had at any post office.

The problem with our post office is that they are very understaffed. They take forever to answer the phone because they don’t have the luxury or manpower to sit by the phone just to answer it. I have lived in Alice for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem with theft. I hope you have proof that the postal workers are pirates because that is a serious crime you are accusing them of.
Anyway just wanted to give my opinion.

The laziest of any mail delivery service people work here. If someone parks a few feet from your mailbox, you will be punished by having a nasty note in your box. Along with any package will be held like ransom till you obey their lazy ways. What i dont understand is how is ups,fedex,DHL,amazon,heb,walmart are able to deliver packages to your home but a USPS emplyee is unable to. There is no other excuse but laziness! Never in the last 4 cities i have lived in has this ever come up. This post office location needs a serious overhaul of management and emplyees to get some that actually want to work!

The customer service is terrible. The phone voice menu is inoperable it’s garble and is just useless. I tried numerous time to call to report a complain about mail delivery. After several attempts and almost an hour I gave up. Very frustrating.

The ladies were so helpful after I did a change of address in another town and never got any mail to my new place. Come to find out it didn't show a change of address had been done! They fixed it right up.

There is a lady there that just seems so miserable and has a HORRIBLE attitude. I've dealt with her a few times and have given her the benefit of the doubt, but it's ALWAYS the same attitude. Lady is working in the AC while the others are in this heat delivering mail. You'd think she'd be in a great mood. It's just getting really annoying.

Jennifer according to her she’s the “post master” was very sarcastic & rude!!! It’s sad cause if that’s her position she has no business there!!!! Treat & talk to your customers better!!!! Leave your problems at home & don’t take it out on your customers!!!!
