“Big anything, including banks, are highly structured and not particularly people oriented and Wells Fargo is no exception to this fact. So I'd rate "Wells Fargo Bank" as 3.5. However this branch deserves a "5"!!!!. We do all our banking here and the staff is one of the best we've encountered over the years and we've used many different banks in the 4 states in which we have lived. The customer service reps behind the counter always greet you with a friendly smile and are thorough and efficient. Over time we have interfaced with all three bankers and each have been extremely helpful. Recently, Evan, helped us each secure a personal line of credit and the process was smooth and easy. We would highly recommend considering this branch as your branch of choice.”

“Chase bank I remember had great customer experience. However, with digitization I had not visited Chase bank as often recently. I recently paid visit to get a document notarized which would take 5 mins at most. When I walked in, I was reminded that I needed to schedule an appointment and can't just walk in. Although I was told that the staff was waiting for their next appointment to show up. Since I needed to get the document notarized, I started looking up for places where I can get my document notarized. As I was doing so Ms. Minal Rathi showed up and asked if I had been helped. After explaining my situation, she asked me to wait and within few minutes she returned with a smile and agreed to notarize my document. That is the customer service I remember banking with the Chase Bank for 15+ years. Once again, thank you Ms. Rathi for stepping up and walking extra mile for a customer.Disclaimer: This is not the branch I normally visit. I was travelling through Texas and had to notarize the document so I visited nearest branch.”
