“Looking at the low rating comments it is clear there are people who do not understand banking regulations and security. I have been with many banks over the years. Valliance is by FAR the best of all of them. And the comments about Hannah are rubbish. She goes beyond the call of duty when needed. Anyone with negative comments about her are the root of any problem encountered. Obviously the low rating comments are from people without accounts at the bank.”

I was shown the entire bank, was explained the lobby has nice features for us as customers. I was introduced to the entire staff which was nice because you never know who you’re going to get when you go to the branch. All the staff is still currently there I have currently been banking with first United Bank for two years now. I have every service you can think of with this bank. “Considering all the other 1 star reviews, thought I'd share my experience with Capital One and this branch.In terms of banking, Capital One has been great. The app is very good compared to other banks, and I have not had any technology issues with them. They have consumer-focused practices such as no overdraft fees that also make them great.This branch has also been great - the staff inside have been nice when I have had to go in. And I have personally had no issues with the ATMs, although to be fair - I have not been stupid enough to try to deposit $1000+ via the ATM and have kept it to a hundred here and there. If you need to deposit large amounts of cash, it's probably a safer policy - at any bank - to wait to go inside when it is open.”
