She was able to help me out with a CD when other reps and managers were not able to or more likely just didn't want to put in the effort. I have been an ITCU (previously EDSCU) for 25 years and have seen customer service go downhill, so this was a pleasant surprise.”

“I have had my account with Bank of Texas for almost 6 months. I have not been charged any monthly fees or have to have a minimum in my account. Go get a account with this bank.
But my review is for the location at Coit and 190. This particular event took place on a day before the June 19th holiday. It was 5minutes till closing, I rushed to arrive in time so that I could get a replacement card and I walked in with 2 minutes to spare and this lady come from behind the counter with the biggest smile and the friendliness may I help you attitude.. her name was Sonja I will never forget it. When I say this lady was not concerned it was closing time or that I need to have a card printed. She took me right into her office and helped me like I was the first one of the day. I was not rushed or looked upon ( it was hot outside and my a/c was out, so i looked a hot mess. She treated me with the sweetness kindness and got my issue all resolved and I can not tell you how kind and polite and professional this kind lady was. Sonja you are a amazing individual.. I will forever be a Bank of Texas customer and so should you.”
“I want to give recognition to Suede Johnson. I had to deal with my father's accounts after his passing. Initially when I called, I was upset about a certain part of the process and what was going on and suede kept his professionalism and assured me that he would help get situation under control.
