The stores are beautifully stocked. The staff is friendly, helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable, with many people working to assist customers. They can help put together the perfect gift or find the perfect scent for you or your home. While popular scents sometimes sell out, the overall experience is impressive and makes customers want to come back to shop.
I generally used the buy online, pick up in store option. I find it helpful that fragrances are broken down into their components when exploring a new fragrance. I enjoy and basically only use their products. Employees are kind, friendly and helpful. They have great sales periodically and their reward program is great!
